Father son seshes are the best man enjoy!! 🤙 also ps. That place is like a dream sooooo huge holy crap resi ramp looks cool even outside stuff too so cool!!
The place is incredible so lucky to have it only a short drive away. It was an awesome session, just having fun riding around. The resi is mental but it killed my knees 😂 not used to pushing down on a ramp and it bouncing back
Best times!!! Its how I got into skating, taking my boys to the skate park when they were small and I decided to learn with them. Still skate with them today and they're grown up now, ones 18, the other 14.
Looks like a great day. Would love it if my boys enjoyed going to the skatepark. As it is they come with me to some outdoor parks but ride round once then just go and play in the play area.
James is always much more willing to go Alley than anywhere else. I think it’s the appeal of the place, maybe as he gets older he’ll come to more with me.
That place looks insane! Both my boys also ride scooters, I can't get them on a skateboard, they say it's too dangerous, I think that's their mom's influence. LOL
😂 she’s probably right. I’ve bought James a skateboard which he’ll ride sometimes but it’s all scooter at the moment. Each to their own, I just like being at the park with him.
Love this mate! That place looks incredible and you both ripped it up 🤘 I'm gonna lay down a little challenge for you Kieran, next time you're there you should try dropping in on the resi ramp, only if you're up for it though no pressure! Seems like a good way to learn though, would've loved something like that when I was learning back in the day
Mate it’s such a weird thing to ride on, it really hurt my knees because it gives when you pump. I’ll have a good look at it but I honestly think I’d rather drop in on a wooden ramp that size 😂 James really enjoyed playing on that resin ramp, it’s right next to a half pipe that’s almost vertical so I might get some knee pads and a decent helmet and starting playing with that whilst he’s on it. Planning a return journey soon so I’ll do a proper tour of it so you can see what I mean.
@@KieranClarkSkates ah that's fair, i bet you have to work twice as hard on it, like does it grip your wheels or anything? I'm thinking the same, gonna have to buy a decent helmet and start padding up regularly to try some new things
It bounces back when you push down so you can’t build any speed on it. It’s so weird I feel like I can’t explain it properly. Yeah for bigger transition for sure need those pads.
I’ve found if you go in the evening slot on Mondays and Tuesdays it’s pretty chill. They only open those days during the kids holidays so they pretty chill as I think a lot of people think they’re closed still.

That’s so cool, hopefully James will want to keep joining me into the future.
What a great vid!!! This place looks insane, si good to see you and your son rolling together.
James whipped your ass at the race 👌🏻
Yeah he usually does 😂 it was awesome fun, need another trip soon.
I need to go here at some point, love that it has an outdoor section too
It’s well worth a trip mate, kind of needs to be seen to believe.

@@KieranClarkSkates yeah as long as my boys want to still hang out that’s all that matters!

That’s awsome! What day of the week and what time did you go? Would love to take my boy, only way he would cope if it was this quiet as he has autism

@@KieranClarkSkates Awsome man! Cheers for the advice, I might book in in the next few weeks 👍👍
Sweet, maybe I’ll catch you there pal
