I feel like I already heard this somewhere but I can't remember where Same type of thing occured last time when i was listening to "Two Steps From Hell - Evergreen", I had in mind the "last of the mohican theme" but i couldn't name it.

+jose bello Looks like its George Gao series of erhu. Most probably synthetic. Dont think is sold off the self. Have to look for George Gao to buy directly.

Junyi Ho Hi thank you! Not really, it's adapted from the 林志炫's version when he sang this song on 我是歌手。(/watch?v=OZ84Gn6PldI) Did some variation on the piano part. I think you can search the piano scores on Baidu easily if I'm not wrong.
Your pianist is very raw... (1:47 onwards) Please keep accompliment simple since the piano is not the lead; rolling too much when accompanying a solo that doesn't results in distracting noise...

烟花易冷，说尽了春去秋来的萧然。比那放烟火的意境高不知道哪里去了。
