The metal is going to lose you money. When you go to sell, it will have to be authenticated and most of any increase will go to the shop you sell it to. You by it with dollars and you sell it for dollars. What the hell is the point of that?
@@deker0954 I suppose if you buy it at its peak and sell it at the low. Lol.. My investment doubled already. I bought gold back in 2008 for about $900 per oz. Now it's over 1800. That right there is a good enough reason for me.

This guy is a federal agent, he triggered every possible buzzword in like 5 minutes, He is structuring transactions, he hit the reporting limit of 10,000, he dropped hints that the cash is his, and he was asking probing questions about what Yankee and Tim did with their money. He also asked about the person that came into the store to buy large quantities in cash.
Not to mention that he said, "here in New Jersey." I've never heard a Jerseyite say it like that, they virtually always just say "Jersey."

I was buying gold from Kitco and they required me to show them the money I have in my bank account. I was going to buy a lot, and started with a smaller amount to test the company. They agreed to take a letter from the Bank manager that confirmed the wired money came from an old account. My wife did not want to show my bank account to Kitco and my big purchase went to SD Bullion. Kitco is in Canada and they have strict tracking of people's money going in and out of Kitco.
They will do a suspicious activity report on you when you do that.

The callers questions were really just paranoid or uninformed. Money you have earned sitting in the bank regardless of how big a check you write, no one cares not the bank not the irs no one. Lastly his questions were as if he certainly has never watched one of Yankees videos.

I have many different local banks, a couple of them are growing but still I have my direct deposits went up into three of them and some of my bank so I can transfer out to other Banks so I can withdraw as much cash as I want without getting noticed, and I can have those three deposits have three different purposes, especially the one linked to a savings account that is linked to my brokerage account but also of course some of that cash hides at home and some of that cash disappears and turns into silver and gold hahaha no it doesn't disappear, just kidding, I give it away to the people with the fancy display cases

@@imissamerica4240 if the local banks fail, regardless how we feel about it, people will be suckered into Central Bank Digital Currencies. As long as local banks exist, the Fed is not needed. Local banks can handle everything without the central bank global government. I sure wouldn't trust them with any savings though. For savings, gold and silver are the only way.

It's amazing how many non-criminals are so concerned about the same things (i.e. government knowledge and tracking of what they do with their money). Rightly so too! They've proven that if you aren't liked, they cannot be trusted to treat you fairly.
I think it's more about staying away from the Government which is just a really large Cartel when it comes down to it. Every government becomes more corrupt over time as different interests align. Started stacking almost two years ago with a settlement from a lawsuit. Hell don't even have to be traveling if they come to your house they will steal it also under civil forefiture laws.

@@SilverWealth_Draper_Mint I have always paid my taxes, never been late or missed a filing. I shouldn't have to show any accounting records to prove the money is mine. There have been many many stories of the people going to the bank taking out 5K or so only to get stopped by a traffic cop and him/her confiscating the money even tho they have a receipt from the bank showing withdrawl only minutes earlier. They are using the civil forfieture laws to allow cops with guns to rob you at gun point. No prosecution needed, no charges needed they simply can steal your money and do so regularly. Its become a big issue and finally some states are starting to address this and change the law.

It's the cops that you have to worry about out of the road with any asset with Civil Asset Forfeiture. Always travel clean and always refuse a search.
They are already doing away with human interactions with the bank tellers. They won't have to close the doors if nobody is inside to be held accountable.

They’re already closing the doors right here in California with Bank of America. I can’t find an open branch here in my county and only the ATMs are left open leaving the huge bank buildings empty. ATMs can be closed with a keystroke from their corporate banks or the US Treasury during a “crisis” especially before a “bail in” under the Dodd Frank Act where they’ll seize your assets like they did in Cypress, Ireland and Portugal years ago.

I agree with everything you said except for the banks closing different hours. My bank closed due to lack of workers and I had to go to the bank in our next town. Not really a big deal. The issue was at that time I had a Safety deposit box. In order to get to that box I had to have a reservation. At that point I took everything out and hid it away

This poor guy doesn't realize it doesn't matter if it's hard earned or stolen cash. The government views all cash as illegally gotten unless you can prove it's legally gained in a court of law, which is typically prohibitively expensive.

If it's going to take him six tries going into the store to see if he can trust somebody, has he ever tried just hanging out for an hour or so chatting with the owners and some of the shoppers? That's how we get a good idea of who Tim is because Yankees spends plenty of time there and films plenty of different moments so that you get a real feel of what Tim is like and how he treats his customers
