Get a lawyer and ring a current affair show. When we found termites in our house it sounded like rain when we opened up a wall. We were lucky the floor didn’t fall through the basement 🤬
I’m so sorry you guys are going through this, are you guys still keeping the house? I hope things get better, you guys shouldn’t have gone through this, no new homeowner should have gone through what you guys have gone through
I am very happy with the wonderful level of the channel, and thank you to the beautiful and distinguished owner of the channel, who films the most beautiful shots. 👍🦊👍
I don't know if homophobia was involved or not but what I do know is never trust a salesperson, especially if that salesperson is mainly working on commission. No offence to you but it seems as though your estate agent sensed that you guys were newbies on the property market and took advantage of that fact. This happens a lot and if there's one good thing that's come out of this bad experience, it is you've learned and will grow and be stronger for the future. I really hope that you don't let this put you off buying again. My advice to you both is try and find someone who has plenty of property experience who has nothing to gain on giving you some good advice ❤
This is my problem. I just bought a home and can’t even live comfortably in it. I paid for an inspection really for no reason. The first day I moved in, I ran water in the bathroom and water started coming up out of the floor. Not to mention I can’t even breathe in my house. I had the air ducts cleaned n carpet cleaned. Which only lasted one month. Apparently there is mold in the home some where. I walked into a nightmare my first home buying experience. I walked in spending thousands of dollars.
Woah - So sorry y’all had this experience. I work for Idahos only queer owned and operated Real Estate Team and if yall need any support or resources, we are happy to help! This shouldn’t have been your experience!
Wow, you guys had a really bad buyer’s agent/realtor working for you. I live in St Pete. First, a 4-point inspection is not as thorough as a full home inspection - no good realtor would have pushed a 4-point over a full-house. It is also pretty standard to request a full-house fumigation as part of the sale to be done at the sellers expense before the transfer - unless it was done in the last 5 years. You have to expect to do this every 10 years.
wow that is so freaking unfortunate :((( i hope in time, you're able to take care of this. this is messed up. hoping theres some lemonade to be made out of these rotten lemons you were left with lol
Wow,for all you newbies find your own realtor, interview them, they should be working on your behalf.Too late for these two, but a good Real Estate Attorney might be worth an hour $.Still, unless the house is falling off the foundation,it's Always better to buy than rent. You learned a valuable lesson or two, learn how to do some repairs, watch ask questions, take One thing at a time,it gets better. Renting? You decide to move, you might get a deposit back,i'm on my 4th house, paid cash.Hang in there
Could definitely be homophobia, y'all live in Florida 🤷🏻♂ But I'm sure they also saw two YOUNG females, new to the process, and decided to unload this house that no one wanted on y'all for as much as they could get. But yeah, you want to think everyone is out to actually help, but that's just not the case... The BF that I bought my first condo with years ago got a bit taken advantage of with our mortgage and then we ended up having to pay extra to take care of that nonsense. I hope it all works out for y'all and you can sell this house and get back some if not all your money ♥
For anyone questioning the 'uhaul' they have been together for a long time and who are yall to judge what they do. They need house advice not love advice.
@@londonandhaley don't mind that texasproud dude saying, there is no relationship between typical lesbian uhaul, plus you have been together for long time already. He is just a homophobic I guess. I'm so so sorry that you both were taken advantage of, and people are not honest.
So sorry to hear this. I hope it all gets sorted for you soon so you can go back to some normality in your home.
I bought a house and completely regretted it. But also apartments are hella expensive. So we are screwed either way
