As someone who loves learning languages and knows a few words in Russian, I wish he had a teaching course. He has a very comprehendible voice.
comprehensible* (which isn't the best word choice anyway) and his accent/grammar isn't very good
His comprehensible voice is mostly due to the fact that he has a very heavy American accent, and his grammar is similarly weird. You don't want to learn from someone like that.

My degree in Russian language and literature was 40 years ago but I understood him clearly. Yes, I didn't need the subtitles.
Russian is his first language, I have a friend who now has an accent in her own langauge because shes lived in America for so long
You can tell he's translating from English to Russian in his head based on the grammatical errors. Very common for those of us who emigrated at a young age.
I never noticed his accent before but he speaks Russian with a Brooklyn accent...is he from Brooklyn?
yes! he has mentioned that he lived in brooklyn when he moved to america.
He speaks like someone who learned Russian in USA

Здорово знать несколько языков 💪👌
Ну а акцент… он есть почти всегда у билингвов, это нормально, тем более, если второй язык ты используешь реже основного… да и в принципе акцент - это нормально. Ненормально быть злыднем.
А доктор просто умница.
Ну да..
У него точно есть акцент когда он разговаривает по русски. Не много жалко, что ему не нравиться говорить по русски, это же так классно, что бы уметь разговаривать по иностранных языков, особенно классных языков как русский язык.
@@CyberByteProhow did you use that emoji not on a live stream?
"Говорит по-русски", а не "разговаривает".

Эритажные носители часто стесняются своего уровня и поэтому говорят реже, только с самыми родными людьми. Что поделать, люди естественным образом стремятся к самой простой ситуации: к одноязычию, это удобно.
He has a thick American accent when he speaks Russian
Similar to Polish so I caught some words.❤

I totally agree lol I only speak Macedonian with my dad and everything else is in English lol so my grammar is really bad I think now XD
Macedonian? What's that? Bulgarian written on a Serbian typewriter? Alexander never spoke a word of your Macedonian.
@@alatus7242 No lol. You don't have to respond with a closed minded opinion about other peoples countries or cultures. Simply stating I grew up speaking Macedonian and love all my fellow Slavs and Balkans as I'm from a mixed family. Have a great day and please try to see the good in things~
@@KeroseneSkies Nothing close minded about stating that Macedonian is as much a language, as are Austrian, Australian and Mexican.
@@alatus7242 I mean yeah it's close to so many languages but not all our words or dialects are the same. The type I grew up speaking which is from a certain village isn't even spoken in the bigger cities so I don't know some of the words people are saying there. It is its own language because it has differences, it's as simple as that. But no reason to spread lame or harsh words about other peoples languages or how they speak. Every other language is just as beautiful and valid to me. No reason to be negative either, it doesn't solve anything.
@@KeroseneSkies Apparently, someone does not distinguish language from dialect, so it's far from simple as that. Austrian German has differences from the several German dialects, spoken within Germany, but that does not make them all different languages. Even Americans are not pretending to speak a whole separate language, unlike you Northern Macedonians. Truth is not negativity, while positivity is a mental disorder that has plagued the EU for the last decades.
i’m learning russian! I think it’s a really cool and interesting language and alphabet
Need help? 😌
Screw French, Russian is clearly the language of love.
French sounds like a vomiting tortoise. Slavic languages are better. Yes.
En fait, je dirais que l'amour n'a pas de langue ou de frontières. L'amour c'est une belle relation entre deux personnes. C'est tout ce qui est important.
Toutefois, c'est un peu triste que le Doc Mike n'aime pas parler sa langue maternelle! C'est tellement important de célébrer son identité. Ici, au Québec, on a même une loi qui fait du français "la" langue nationale. L'anglais est notre deuxième langue, mais elle tend à prendre le dessus sur la première et c'est triste.
