Tbf, the old Warren would've killed Felix within the first week of him showing up in the village after what he put him through in the home when they were kids, Felix wouldn't even have had the chance to explain what Cormac did to him before Warren would've sorted him out. He's lucky he didn't meet the Warren of 10 years earlier.
