The thing is can the person handling the fish give it a quick death and not take turns 1 by 1 to fuck the fish until it dies....very horrible death the fish had....just knock the fish unconscious quickly kill it and chop up the fish tats all we want tks...
She said those fish are near extinction , then why they are still being caught and sold ? We are living in a society that don't preserve and protects the enviroment , then we are in real danger of these species being wiped out . Sad .

呢個魚王犀利呀師傅真係追咗你幾集呀非常一流呀 真係 不你遠呀西環我喺荃灣 問我買咗喇 我都鍾意食㗎
根本佢都唔識劏魚, 劏魚第一步要用劏魚刀拍打魚的頭部令到他的血液盡量上到頭部然後再魚鰓放血, 再打鱗然後根本不用整個魚肚打開, 只要在魚肚中間打橫切一刀,然後用一個夾插入去鉗住不停扭轉就會攞出魚腸內臟, 佢要攞個魚鰓出嚟亦都可以用一個鉗不停旋轉魚鰓就會鉗出來,再清洗好這條魚,然後抹乾淨個砧板用一條乾毛巾吸乾淨成條魚嘅水份劏魚的刀亦都要抹乾淨沒有水份然後才起片。 因為魚肉一接觸到水拉油的時候就散泡泡, 正式要食到靚隻炒班球魚肉一定不能夠接觸到水, 回到家再落油鹽糖調味,拉油七成熟左右又再炒球。
