That GP40-2 had it's engine replaced by an sd40e engine, because it sounds just like it. They did the same thing with the SD33s, SD40-2s, and a few others. And they all are making them have a flat roof
I was wondering why it didn't have any fans at the rear. Never seen that before but then again I had saw the "Frankenstein" SD40-2 for the first time as well.

That unit is a RP-E4C Road Slug built on a new frame, it has been assigned to the Altoona area.
