Benny Hill was awesome. I’ve been a fan since I was a little kid. This sketch would be considered “offensive” now but it was done without a hint of malice. It’s lighthearted fun.
Great , Great , Benny Hill is the right medicine for this time here in the U.S.A.
Amen to that! Hello from Mexico :o)
yes!!!
__ same here in the UK 😁
Benny Hill's comedy brings light to these dark times. I love Benny Hill, such a wonderful man. Rip Benny❤️

@@thankmelater295 I’m simple like that, it’s not a condition.. well maybe
Ye gods, Benny Hill was truly a master of uproarious comedy, and this particular sketch was so screamingly funny I was starting to wet myself from laughing so hard! 🤣😂🤣 RIP Benny, you've given lots of people lots of laughter, myself included, and you're still doing so today!
Loved Benny Hill! Good ol’ days of television!
Best British comedian ever!!!! Rip Benny Hill!!!
My face hurts from laughing so much! 🤣😂 This stuff is as good today as it was 30 years ago.
RIP Benny Hill Thanks for the laughs 😃😂
Funniest Comedian Of All Time . True Genius. Gone But Not Forgotten. R.i.p Mr. Hill.
I laughed so much all those years ago. Still laughing now, RIP to a brilliant comedian.

Mr.Rumph See my channel.
@@BennyHillTHAMES I will never get tired of saying that the Brits had absolutely no idea what they had here. Fortunately they enjoyed Ab Fab.
Sorry but that's not true. We absolutely did know. HisTV show ran for over 30 years, longer than pretty much everyone else. That's a very long run. The problem was the PC generation of so-called alternative comedians came along and acted all offended by his material and ruined his career.
This is "plobabry, not nececelery, but plobabry" one of Benny Hill's most recognizable characters.
Benny was the King :)
An icon of comedy. So refreshing to see Benny from the days of no PC .....
Great fun ! makes such a change from the joyless luminaries of the cultural revolution.
Such a f-ing Classic show. Benny, you are truly missed.🙏🏿😊
Best 10 minutes of comedy.
Can't get any better than Mr Hill
RIP
Always been a huge fan.
" it is too late to apologize" ....I love that man
My opinion of Mr.Hill .He was the best, I love all his shows Thank you
Hello beautiful
A wonderful comedian (genius) and a gentle man, watched him growing up with my Mum and Dad and brother.
“ You a Batchelor, like your father”....subtle..that’s so damn subtle..😆
Omg😂😂 This so hilarious 😂😂😂. I think we need to watch this clips everyday for that feel good factor.
"... It is too late to apologize!"
Utterly brilliant! Thank you so much, Consortium.
He said this hundred times from his many other sketches.
The basis of a genuis is authenticity and originality ,Benny's comic sketches fits this guideline. He is a national treasure, should been on UK currency next to the Queen.
To tell you the truth: the most hilarious ten minutes in my life
Great showman, love those days when people could have a laugh without feeling guilty
Never felt, feel or will feel guilty and that's how I keep on with the good old days even today. Same goes for political correctness. And yes, U R right about it.
@@GALASGLS totally agree
@Anne Phairyes
The PC brigade completely miss that Mr Mein is the bright guy amongst this lot.
Q
I saw his show at the beginning of the 80ths in Peru and so he is a real comedian.
Benny Hill made and still making laugh in Peru.
Timeless comedy..still hilarious after all this time.
Tis classic stuff, mind!
OMG I lost it at the part where Sharon Osborne throws the ladle at him in the kitchen and he stuck his foot in the food OMG he is just bloody lovely!! You gave me and my mom some dam good laughs Benny and the Jetts LOL !
That's not Sharon Osborne, it's Anna Dawson.
@@Trev359 She is also Hyacinth Bucket’s sister Violet. You know Violet; she’s the one with the swimming pool, sauna and room for a pony.
I have downloaded this vdo and watch it just abaout every day
I was a kid when Greek TV showed this late 70s early 80s and i still laugh with this guy.
We had it in France, too. We wouldn't miss it.
Ανεπαναληπτος
One of my top faves from Benny
ROFL!!! One of the most hilarious Benny Hill sketches I've seen till date!
Loved watching Benny Hill in the seventies still funny! Beat anything in this country.
he was one of the funniest guys out there. wow do I miss watching his show
What a talented, comic genius and genuinely lovely man Benny was. I still find him myself rolling on the floor laughing at the wonderful clips bringing back so many happy memories! And not forgetting the brilliant Henry McGee and Bob Todd, and Jackie Wright-everyone in his shows worked so well together to give us some of the best, most memorable comedy and humour that will live on forever. And all those stunning girls-especially the delectable Louise English, Jenny Lee Wright and Diana Darvey-oooh hehe!!! The world is now a far worse place for political correctness, and living in fear of saying one wrong word that might offend someone somewhere! RIP Benny-we still love you as much today as we did in your golden era.
Yeah they wouldn't be able to air a show like this one these days.
Benny Hill Mr. Bean And Immortal stars :Charlie Chaplin etc Pink Panther etc
Please Côme back to us I am sure We will Forget About Brexit and no deal Brexit ,Back stop etc Dear British people MR P M Boris Johnson Please stay with us French Belgian Swiss people We need your unique sens of humour You are a promirent membre of european civilisation
I’m afraid all things are relative. My two sons, both now in their 20’s would be horrified watching this stuff. The word ‘humour’ would certainly not spring into their minds but I suspect ‘WTF??’ would! We can now see stuff like this for what it was; lowest common denominator tv with cheap and easy laughs. Thank goodness the world has moved on.
Could not agree more!
@@jeanclauderemy1358 Brexit was a disaster. Unfortunately, the same kind of racist, sexist, xenophobic, gammon faced dinosaurs who liked Benny Hill, were the ones who voted for Brexit.
We miss Benny Hill.
Benny's entrance: pure comicity
Simply Amazing Benny!!
When Yakety Sax started you know all hell was going to break lose. My late mom and I watched with glee in the 80s.
R.I.P. Mom.
Excellent Benny as always! Great comedian.
it's so great to watch this ... brings back lots of great memories.. thank you.
‘Sirri Iriot |’ comedy gold Benny Hill is a Legend
I wanna go back in time just to watch this live again. When we had REAL comedy.
Hello beautiful
The best actor of ever.... Nobody Will be like him
@DEE's Playlists, just exactly what _is_ 'real' comedy to you?🙄
This is so outrageous and perfect.
This comes from his next to last television special in 1989. Benny's television series was hilarious from start to finish. This is proof of that. There's this popular misconception that his program's "weren't funny" in the last several years but I found them as entertaining as ever.
It's not that his later years' shows "weren't funny," it's that they were increasingly strained, most of the performances rote and going through the motions and phoning it in - as well as increasingly mechanical, affected, mannered and calculated. Believe me, this is from someone who continues to laugh uproariously at his '70's output. Especially in the early years, things flowed more naturally and organically. In the last years, every bit of spontaneity as could be allowed by Hill was sucked out, everything uber-rehearsed to the Nth degree, with as much as 30 takes for just one scene.
This wasn't unique to him. Anyone who saw the last few years of Jackie Gleason's shows (1966-70, especially the "Color Honeymooners") can attest to this. And Lucille Ball, from the second season of "The Lucy Show" onwards. And Bob Hope, from the 1970's on. Dean Martin too, after his 1970 divorce from second wife Jeannie. Some would argue Red Skelton, too, after CBS cancelled his show in 1970 after 17 years (his return to NBC in 1970-71 was a major comedown in every way).
It's hard to believe that 1989 was so long ago. I guess I'm not 27 any more.
Benny was a genius, just enjoyed his show's so so much.
This is a classic Benny Hill at his very best...the play on words is superlative....I loved him....He was hilarious 🤫!
He was the very best along with Keeping Up Appearances lol you can't beat British humor. The best of the best 💜 RIP Benny Hill
Benny Hill the best comedian ever
yes this is true youre right i agree
Funny Funny man
I like Carol Burnett more.
classic, they dont' write and act like that anymore. Golden days
That is most contraceptive of you!!!lmao Benny Hill broke all the rules...thank you Benny and we miss your twisted and funny humour!
Priceless classic from Benny, The one and only.
Benny Hill is a naturally treasurer, lol
Cheers from Peru... very funny show.. we used to watch it every week at 11pm with my brother when we were teenagers and we laughed like crazy..
Recuerdo que lo daban en el 13, después de "Office Girls" en los 90s. Que buenas épocas!!
😂😂😂incredibile, grandissimo💥💥💥
This is one my favorite Benny Hill sketches!
Absolutely hysterical. LOL at almost every joke. "Wine for our guests" busted my gut three times. Excellent script. character, and performance, with Hill holding court but favorite Benny Hill Show players McGee, Todd, and Wright adding that magic BHS chemistry. Watching Hill and Wright interact is legendary, and Todd is always excellent and funny and a second star and clown. Just genius. This is actually not one of my favorite Benny Hill characters because it's a little too much same old same old, but Hill wisely doesn't assume the character will carry the skit so he bothered to write a funny, clever script and it works 100%.
I laughed throughout the video. Simply amazing! 😂
Wine for our guests.....aaaaooooo!!! Almost choked on my breakfast! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I miss the old guy ☹☹
Benny Hill was a total comic genius....Mr. Chow Mien at his absolute best!!!
Bob Todd, Brilliant!! The three amigos, Benny, Bob and Henry!
I've watched it a twenty times or more , in last few years of course not all at once .
Back in the day, I used to enjoy Benny’s show here in Mexico. A lot of things were lost in translation due to the dubbing. This is hilarious! Thanks for the upload!
He does this skitt so well
Chinese people get mad
When you dont understand
Them Benny Hill does it perfectly
Love this skitt
Love English
Are you flat
Classic.. Comedy at its finest early moments.
His play on words in this sketch (as with a lot of his work) is very similar to Ronnie Barker.
Well thought out, very clever and very funny.
Ronnie Barker mentioned in his Bio released before his death that he was a huge admirer of Benny's work.
Chinese food , one of Benny Hill best love and also his team.
He was really amazing, the ingenious Comic talent of Mr Hill
They don’t make shows like Benny Hill anymore. September 2010 barrel of 😂. Rip Benny Hill .
Pure Benny Hill. Don't know how he could keep a straight face.
Totally politically incorrect! I love it.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Politicians have never been correct
So do I !
Oh what a sweetheart Jane Leeves is.
Got to be one of Benny’s top 10 sketches!
This is outstanding. It's a crying shame that Benny Hill was the victim of political correctness. "It is too late to apologize" - ROTFL
Yes the days where we could laugh at each other are long gone to many PC, SJW’s and snowflakes in 2019
@C F also the Benny Hill show was extremely expensive and Benny's health was not what it was use to be, insurance become more costly because of that plus his material was getting old, nothing new in a couple of years, no more songs written by him, no more words play, the new crew was not has good as the old one. Plus the twinkle in his eyes was gone he was not doing for the fun anymore it was just a job, sad but true, he was in his mid-sixties and he had been doing this for 40 years, give the man a break, it was really lousy how they fired him, after all he did bring Thames millions of pounds, they could have been more classy about the whole thing. Something like, Benny you need to change a few things on your show, first cut the cost, bring new material, new songs, lose weight if not for us at least for you you need to get back in shape for your own good. Let's change the format of the show we are in late 80's lots of new stuff around and you are still a talented man, no worries!

@@labellaescrima1996 - The political climate in his own country and the hatemongering whipped up against him didn't help matters any, indeed may've complicated the whole situation beyond what it was as it was. But the repetition factor had become such that Hill and his cast had long passed autopilot, mailing/phoning it in, lifeless and rote, been-there-done-that, running on fumes and all that jazz. Plus the show itself largely slipping into uninspired mediocrity, and some segments looking for all the world (to quote Jackie Gleason) like they were made on the way to the men's room. And the show becoming as bloated as "the lad himself." There were some parallels to Mr. Hill's situation by this point with that of Jackie Gleason in the early months of 1970, whereby his show was costing a king's ransom for CBS, and had totally fallen out of the Nielsen Top 30. Several differences though: a) In his last season on weekly television, Gleason had lost a great deal of weight, thus the "fat jokes" didn't work as well - especially as Art Carney (who had gained weight in that interim) may have been slightly heavier than him by then; b) Jackie had burned his bridges with a succession of CBS executives who by then had tired of his outlandish demands and increasingly difficult manner (unlike Hill who was always leaning on Philip Jones, Gleason viewed network executives with the utmost of contempt); and c) when CBS cancelled him in February 1970 they just did it - they didn't invite him, his manager/show producer/business manager Jack Philbin and/or his agent Sam Cohn to Black Rock to be delivered the news. Though the way Hill got the axe may have been disgraceful and Thames may have handled that end poorly, at least he and Dennis Kirkland were told to their face by John Howard Davies at his Teddington offices. By contrast, Gleason only found out about his show's cancellation in the papers.
There were other parallels in America to Hill at this time period, among them: a) Lucille Ball, starting midway through "The Lucy Show" after her character (and boss played by Gale Gordon) moved to California and continuing through every successive sitcom she did that followed; b) Red Skelton in his last years as a weekly network TV star; c) Dean Martin following his divorce from second wife Jeannie in 1970, whereupon his show began approaching Benny bawdiness levels as could be permissible by the strictures of network TV standards of the time; and d) Bob Hope, in his last two or so decades of TV specials up to his last in 1996.
@@wmbrown6 wow, I like the explanation you wrote I don't really know this for a fact unless you are or used to work for CBS, the information is plausible, credible and believable. Thank you
Definitely one of Benny's funniest skits. Wine for the guests! LOL. Laughed myself silly.
THANK YOU THANK YOU LEGEND ......LOVE , RESPECT FROM GREECE
still watching these as todays TV is crap.
I'm in years, yes tears!
9:00 "Oh, that is most contraceptive of you" HAHAHA
I wish I could switch on the TV and this is playing, not because it's a repeat, but it's on because it's 1989 again!
Pure laughs and play on words.
Utterly brilliant like Benny a very clever man. No one ever touched his style and intelligence
Oh I’m in bits watching this 😂😂😂
ISirs, i really, really can't stop laughing EACH and EVERY time I stumble into this rare piece of Art. He is still unmatched.
Hip hip hullay ! Thanks for these hilarious films , TBHFC ! Very good quality-upload !

Before the days of the Millenials and Snowflakes ! Wonderful stuff.
yep look at all the TD's, so sad, so sick, the little woke fools
Considering that ben elton (who made it publicly known that he thought that benny hill's comedy was offensive) is a member of the baby boomers generation and john howard davies who ultimately was the one who canceled the benny hill show was a member of the silent Generation. This woke garbage could be caused by the silent generation and baby boomers. Benny hill was great I'm a millenial (born in 1984) and was introduced to benny hill's comedy by my dad (who is also a fan) was born in 1953.
Benny Hill was the best.....and still funny after all this time
he is adorable i love him !!!
If ya want a laugh look at the old shows as today's t.v is crap

I remember late mornings on Sunday in Poland in the 80s and early 90s when we watched with parents Benny Hill Show. We loved it, everyone laughed and I sharpened my sense of humour on it. It's good to have some time voyage and watch it here.
Now that´s what we could call a good service.
