- Welcome to Midgar again! We begin an exciting playthrough of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade on the PS5.
Dougie's loves this game and completed it, and says he can't wait to see Guffbaw's reaction to the endgame story.
We figure out the combat and fight the iconic first boss, while gushing over the graphics and seeing some of our favourite places in gaming recreated in super hi def.

What you guys said about creativity twords the beginning is why i enjoyed this game. It knew where it came from, but took some risks to make it its own thing and i enjoyed them.
Oh man, there were a few fights i was so frustrated with. 😅
When Cait Sith showed up on screen i gasped casue i was mot expecting it 😂

That VA who plays Wedge is in a lot of different stuff and it threw me for a loop when i recognized his voice 😂
His voice is just too recognisable hahah
Synergy materia in this version is crazy good, anytime you use an ability an ally will cast the basic version of a magic materia (offensive only) and here’s what makes it crazy; they don’t use mp or atb, you just get a free cast and if you use cloud’s disorder or tifa’s focused strike because if you hit with those abilities you regain like 2/3 of the atb you used to activate the attack so you are able to practically spam the abilities while the synergy materia ally is constantly casting magic for free
In about 2 or 3 episodes we say "I wonder if Steven knows loads about this game as well"

I so want to play Intergrade 😢, so dumb it was only for PS5.
I cannot wait for you guys to get to certain parts, especially cause Guff will be experiencing them for the first time 😂
Currently planning on how I'll calm him down near the end of the game
