I Have that Second terrible Knife, in blue! Can't believe it! I bought it for $3 at a garage sale when I was like 9. The lock bar on it is prone to failing if you push hard on the back. the pivot was loosened up a bunch so now it's a gravity knife lol

Check out a defcon bladeworks JK frame lock. I just got my hands on one and its a $100 titanium frame lock. I think it fills the role of an entry level titanium frame very nicely and I never heard of the brand until today and I really like it and it should be on people’s radar
