Need more of these types of content. I’m 47 and yet to get on a bike I’m doing my test this year.
I think you leave a lot of speed at the entrance and exit of turn 17.
3:12 - That corner can feel a little off chamber, but your WAY too late back to throttle here. See how the rider in front of you throttled all the way to the outside edge of the track. Meantime you're exiting that corner dead in the middle of the track, WAY TOO SAFE! You can grab A LOT more throttle there and make up lots of lap time.

Is this Advanced? I was riding intermediate that day. That moment you had in turn one was heartstopping! I saw your speed and I'm like whoa he's coming in way hot. I typically brake around the same spot on my 600RR and I'm going about 125. Glad you were able to save it!
Probably intermediate. I was getting smoked left and right doing about 1:43 in advanced.
@@HangOnHangOff low 1:40 is about where I'm at too and I was getting smoked in advanced last go around 8/11. Lot of motoamerica dudes were there testing.
@@alixvandurand Yea, wasn't a great idea going in blind as my first time at Barber haha. However, great track and will be back again.

@@alixvandurand Yea I'll be there Sunday if it doens't rain. And decide on the spot if I am staying for Monday or not. still working on putting race fairing on my rsv4, so I might bring the daytona again.
