No specs on the XTown CT300? I love that it's a flat floorboard and a newer, sportier look than the People 300. The People 300 is lighter and more powerful than the same displacement XTown 300 though.
The idea for the CV3 comes from the Piaggio/Gilera MP3. These scooters have 3 wheels, two on the front. The extra wheel provides stability, traction and grip in wet and uneven road conditions. The front wheels lean, tilt and when the bike is stationary they can be locked. Yamaha had a 125 version called the tri city and then they released a larger bike version called the Niken. This Kymco looks a lot like the Niken with what appear to be twin forks one each front wheel. The Kymco CV3 doesn't look like a lot of scooters with the step through styling it looks more like a bike.
FWIW u must think the MP3 and the TriCity are not scooter too... since neither have the classic Vespa pass design either... And Italian brands tend crap reliability and cost far more... just wish the CV3/CV2 or the TriCity versions would be sold in the US... BTW its incorrect to say "had", since they still sell the TriCity...
@@nc3826 I think the Tri City and the MP3 are both scooters. Like bikes there is the Italian style and the Japanese style both are good but as you say the reliability of Italian bikes is not good which is a shame the MP3 is idea for someone who wants to ride but is worried about keeping their bike upright.

Since its been over 2 yrs, since it came out as a concept and apparently Kymco is still not selling the Kymco CV3, yet??? Just wish they would, so I could check it out... BTW Yamaha spells Tricity as one word and it too is not sold here.... Just the over priced, crap MP3 is sold here :(
@@nc3826 Scooter, bike, 2wheels, 3wheels Harley or Japanese cruiser, Japanese, Italian, German or Taiwanese make it doesn't matter to me all I care about is the ride. I don't care how fast it goes or how quickly it gets there. I'm in my late 60s and I just want to enjoy whatever I ride. I only owned the MP3 400 for a few months and I was very happy with it. I bought it for my wife hoping she would get interested in riding but she didn't so we sold it. Enjoy what ever you ride.

When will you start vespa mp3 scooters in my poor country Pakistan,as you had started after ww2 in Italy,on a reasonable price as the companies did like Honda,Suzuki & Morris for white collar?Vespa is an incredible invention but expensive,almost out of reach of white collar in my poor country.Please commit for the white collar of Pakistan as you did for Italy after ww2.

Not possible with the current duty taxes in our country. For >250cc the tax total (if bike is outside Europe) is 77% !
Too many of similar models. I had a GTi300 and it as AWESOME! No idea why they stepped away from the scoot.
