I always had gluten no problem all my life until a few years ago (during Covid times I noticed i was getting diarrhoea and that triggered a migraine). Migraines started a few years prior but since being GF a few years i'm still getting regular migraines despite being on meds. I also was diagnosed last year with SIBO. Could the gluten sensitivity have been as a result of the SIBO gradually developing over the past couple of year combined with the impact of having Covid (three times before SIBO diagnosis), therefore causing poor gut microbiome and leaky gut? A whole host of food intolerances also came up last year via IgG testing. Of course all gluten tests (bloods and biopsies) have come back negative, but I am positive for DQ2.

    Is it truly pronounced "gellandin"?
