I bought a 87 ranger new drove it 12 years I miss that truck.
Once we decided to let Mackenzie drive the Chevy Volt as her daily driver, that's when I picked up the white 2010 Ranger as my daily driver. Even though I really liked the Volt - I missed daily driving a little truck.
I can appreciate your addiction. It looks like you found yourself a gem!
I think so too!
The old photos were great, im into RCs and several companies sell models like these. They all have huge tires though i almost forgot what the stock version looked like.
Thanks for watching! I was glad to have some of those old photos of the family Broncos from growing up. I wish I had more!
Nice purchase! I had a 1989 Eddie Bauer bronco red and tan👍👍
Very cool!
The old broncos are also easier to work on than anything modern
That's very true! And most of the mechanical parts are the same as what was used on the F150s at the time - so they're readily available.
I've had to rebuild too many TTB frontends and replaced crossmembers to want another, but I'd love another solid axel bronco(still have some leftovers). Currently I have a few scouts, a couple square bodies(cucv), a humvee, jeeps, 4 vans and a couple drift cars. Oh. about 50 motorcycles and 5 trikes
The old International Scouts are another one of those really cool original SUVs. The Ford Bronco use to be classified in PA as a station wagon. :)
Good Evening Sir, I think that you have a Very High Addicted From The Bronco and You Are Full Assimilated To The Ford Lover Collective Sir 😉👍👍Many Congrat's Sir, Now You Will Have the responsibility of Undercoating Oil Treatement twice a year like my father was doing on his F-250 HD Super Cab and F-350 HD Super Cab that lasted decades and sold both of them. However, I will never be part of the Ford Collective 🤣👍 OUTSTANDING video Sir and Very Nice Life Biography Cheers 🍻🍻
Thanks, Dave! This Bronco (even though it is 4x4) will probably never be driven in the snow (salt). Even with undercoating, the salt eventually eats away at the metal. We'd like to keep this one in the shape it's in without that future damage. Thanks for watching!
@@PurpleCollarLife Sir, I'm an expert about rust proofing winter vehicule and I agree, but doing undercoating is very good even if you run your nice truck only in the summer 👌👍😇 Your Ford Ranger Oiling it during spring and greasing during mid summer will make it last much more longer !!! Hey I had my 1985 Dodge Ram Van B 350 and Sold it in 2013 and the man that I sold it still running it !!! But I dip it twice a year and running it all year round !!! Cheers
I definitely prefer the 78-96 Broncos over the earlier ones and especially over the new ones. The new ones are WAY overpriced and are too plush. I prefer one that you can take off road. My car addiction are Crown Victorias. I'm currently on my 4th Crown Vic. I've owned a maroon 2001, a silver 2003, a white 2003 with the police interceptor package (ex Arkansas State Police cruiser) and my current Crown Victoria, a silver 2006 LX with only 124,800 miles on it. And she's a beauty!! 😎 Full leather, showroom new. Even has the factory cassette/CD player. Thanks for sharing, Chad!
The Crown Victoria cars have always impressed me too. Even when traveling and hopping in a taxi cab that had previously been a Police Interceptor - I've always liked those cars. I imagine they're probably getting harder and harder to find.
Your 2006 LX sounds like a great find!
I miss the foot switch, triangle window and the rain guards too. I prefer the F series to the Bronco though. And manual transmission all the way.
Thanks for watching!
