Moving to Springfield oct 29th from Minneapolis. I was drawn to spfld for how cheap housing is . Luckily for myself I will be making Minneapolis wages living in cheap spfld mo. It’s a win/win

The Great Southern downtown had another attempted robbery - happens regularly about every 6 months LOOOOL....plus another shoot out near the mall this week. Springfield has had 17 homicides thus far.....with weeks to go before the year ends. Can we get to 20!!!?
Moving next month from california renting then buying using FHA. cant wait to be out of california, my rent in cali is 1775.00 in a horrible neighborhood for a 2 bedroom apartment.
Me too, but moving from Reno. I escaped the bay area and came to Reno 7 years ago, right on time for the prices to skyrocket up to bay area levels! Enough! I'm moving to Springfield.
Good luck getting a job 19$ an hour at Springfield. People want to constantly want to offer 12$ to 15$ for a non entry level job.
I can tell Springfield is a "poors' town" just by visiting.
What's a poor's town?
@@KillerofGods Duuuh, a town for poor people who can STILL (or course LOL) afford the pot dispensary drive through every weekday morning at 10:00 a.m. Springdingers seem to have money for pot, cigs, alcohol, bars, clubs etc.. the average income is so low - $35k/year.
@@KillerofGods Possible also why Springfield routinely ranks in the top 6 in the nation for violent crime. Springfield IS, as of Oct 2022 the FOURTH (4th) most dangerous college town in America. Springfield’s violent crime rate per 1,000 was 15.1, and the property crime rate per 1,000 was 69.5.
