Linda, I think you’ve given many viewers, the importance ,when laying out a garden,to concentrate on the (bones) first. The tree placements, the shrubs, the hard scape, the different heights of plants/ trellis, ect. Then it’s easier to fill in between. Also, you’ve planned for the different seasons of color in trees. It has been invaluable, for a new beginner, even experienced gardener ,to learn from starting from nothing, and accomplishing such a masterpiece as you have done.🥰

Not just the garden... but every room in my home has a golden hour. When you walk into a room in the middle of the day, it is always such a delight to see how the sun falls on the hardwood floors , or tables , or art on the wall. The way it hits the terracotta kitchen tiled floor in the afternoon. Simple delights that make the heart smile. The still picture of the triple ball topiary is stunning! In the back, you are lucky that there is that amazing pink tree behind your house from the neighbors. What great borrowed landscaping.
