I worked in the accounting and audit field for 20 years and I can tell you that her allegations are not far-fetched once you've been in the field. A lot of these big-name audit and accounting firms are well connected and are run by sociopaths and the quality of work is not what people think it is and I can say this from personal experience. Yes, it may look good on a resume but it does not necessarily make you a very good accountant or auditor.

Harassment at jobs needs to be taken more seriously period. I just recently left an employer & filing a lawsuit for harassment, retaliation, & intimidation. I’ve been in this state/job less than a year. It could’ve gotten this far because you do fear for your life because you don’t know & if you have no help/family this type of tragedy could be an option.

They weren’t at the same location. She shot 2 people at her apartment building killing one. She then went a mile down the street to her old job and shot and killed another person. Two different crime scenes.

He was stripped from all his Navy privileges, including his clearance to the San Diego naval base. So, just like this woman, he snapped and started killing white cops.

It can be argued by any attorney that it was the ineffectiveness of the police intervention that was an exacerbating cause of the fatal vigilantism. @@kfelix2934 if any reputable landlord has an allegation of a breakin and there is no sign of forced entry is the duty of the landlord (by law) to ensure the security of the property. If you have an extra key. You are bound by law to secure it and only allowed secured individuals with access. You are also to keep a record of unannounced entry. It would seem that all of this was ignored by the property manager and she had to go to the police. This also resulted in his death. So I don't think this is a fact in question by the resulting evidence. It would be motive per se.

Atl starting to sound more and more shady when she went to court they had her just sitting and waiting so long before judge spoke to her and then tells her she qualified for free lawyer then after DA speaks judge comes back and say she not and has to hire her own and how she better hurry up and get one. When I was listening things sounded weird so she asks to speak judge says no but when you are telling someone who probably dont have anything why wouldnt she want to talk and tell judge her situation and how do they just automatically tell someone they cant get free lawyer. I now see why they are dealing with her in courthouse like that a black woman killing not one but two white men their going to hang her. I pray a lawyer comes and take her case for free she not lying they never help until outcomes are like this, not cool. I don’t condone her actions but one thing you guys will never understand is that the Justice system isn’t the same for us. I remember a white woman while working at a college keying my car bc my sales were higher than hers and she had been there longer.. the police officers didn’t even investigate the situation. She paraded around the office with her keys in her hand like she knew she would get off. My current job they have harassed me, and sabotage my work lied on me etc. I decided to walk away before I lost it. None of that 'I'm better than you or let me see how difficult I can make your day." When it was time for raises I made sure they got it. When they asked for a particular day off no problem. When they proposed an idea that was better than mine I went with it. That's what being a team is all about. I recall an employee that I was not seeing eye-to-eye with on a daily basis. Instead of shutting her down I summoned her to my office, set quietly while she laid out her disclaimer.That day we reached an understanding and went on to have a great working relationship. Matter fact she became one of my best workers. Basically it's all about respect. As a Manager it's your job to set the tone. If you fail to do so then you're doing yourself and your team a disservice. Lastly it seems as though this lady was pushed to the brink of insanity by intimidation, spitefulness coupled with total disregard and here you have the outcome. This is why you have to be careful when digging a grave that you yourself may fall into. Needless to say It's a sad day for everyone involved. No one wins!
Honestly, what she's saying happened could be plausible. Went through a case in Douglas County that I'm still actively, and legally trying to decipher the best way to move about it, where my devices were hacked, I "felt" (can't prove but knew it was happening) gangstalked, and where many incidences kept occurring. A little background, tried to press charges against a car company that was illegally defrauding through contracts for monetary gain and was told, which is on the police report, that they didn't believe the company whom they'd known for years could do what I'd said happened. Isn't that hearsay and personal liability. They all in cahoots with one another, went to schools with one another. A lot of times you have to move past the state to get rightful justice. A lot of times they depend on you not knowing the law. 😁😉

I worked in the accounting and audit field for 20 years and I can tell you that her allegations are not far-fetched once you've been in the field. A lot of these big-name audit and accounting firms are well connected and are run by sociopaths and the quality of work is not what people think it is and I can say this from personal experience. According to the video she posted that did an investigation and then just dropped the ball on examining the evidence. When she asked about it they sent a dismissive cop to deter her from getting the evidence she needed to proceed with her claim.

It can be argued by any attorney that it was the ineffectiveness of the police intervention that was an exacerbating cause of the fatal vigilantism. If you have an extra key. You are bound by law to secure it and only allowed secured individuals with access. You are also to keep a record of unannounced entry. It would seem that all of this was ignored by the property manager and she had to go to the police. This also resulted in his death.
So I don't think this is a fact in question by the resulting evidence. It would be motive per se.

I don’t condone her actions but one thing you guys will never understand is that the Justice system isn’t the same for us.
I remember a white woman while working at a college keying my car bc my sales were higher than hers and she had been there longer.. the police officers didn’t even investigate the situation. She paraded around the office with her keys in her hand like she knew she would get off.
My current job they have harassed me, and sabotage my work lied on me etc.
I decided to walk away before I lost it. I lost hair, went into depression etc.

When I was a manager I went out of my way to make sure everyone felt comfortable and significant. When I walked in they knew they would be greeted with a good morning and a smile. None of that 'I'm better than you or let me see how difficult I can make your day." When it was time for raises I made sure they got it. When they asked for a particular day off no problem. When they proposed an idea that was better than mine I went with it. That's what being a team is all about. I recall an employee that I was not seeing eye-to-eye with on a daily basis. Instead of shutting her down I summoned her to my office, set quietly while she laid out her disclaimer.That day we reached an understanding and went on to have a great working relationship. Matter fact she became one of my best workers. Basically it's all about respect. As a Manager it's your job to set the tone. If you fail to do so then you're doing yourself and your team a disservice. Lastly it seems as though this lady was pushed to the brink of insanity by intimidation, spitefulness coupled with total disregard and here you have the outcome. This is why you have to be careful when digging a grave that you yourself may fall into. Needless to say It's a sad day for everyone involved. No one wins!

Honestly, what she's saying happened could be plausible. Went through a case in Douglas County that I'm still actively, and legally trying to decipher the best way to move about it, where my devices were hacked, I "felt" (can't prove but knew it was happening) gangstalked, and where many incidences kept occurring.
A little background, tried to press charges against a car company that was illegally defrauding through contracts for monetary gain and was told, which is on the police report, that they didn't believe the company whom they'd known for years could do what I'd said happened.
Isn't that hearsay and personal liability.
They all in cahoots with one another, went to schools with one another. A lot of times you have to move past the state to get rightful justice.
A lot of times they depend on you not knowing the law.
