If you are only going to show how to do a face, then you should only put the face in the video thumbnail, but your video thumbnail showed more than just her face. Since your video thumbnail included things like her cow hat, her arms, and her hair, I assumed that's what you were going to show in the video, which left me disappointed that you didn't show those things as well.
