I'm surprised that you didn't mention the jutsu Granny Chiyo used to revive Gaara after Shukaku was removed from his body. But that is also a failure to use, because only Chiyo herself knew how to perform it, and it's very unlikely that she would tell others about it.
I'm sure someone as intelligent as Amado at least considered Rinne Rebirth as an option, but he can't choose what abilities manifest, he can only try to manifest Shibai's abilities. Shibai is shown with a Rinnegan so perhaps he had tried to manifest Shibai's Rinnegan but ultimately it never happened. However if we accept that Orochimaru can create artificial Mangekyo Sharingans, it's at least feasible one could create an artificial Rinnegan, but it might not grant all the same abilities as a natural Rinnegan, that's a possible limitation of an artificial/lab-produced eye. You're wrong about Shibai not being depicted with a Rinnegan however, he is depicted with one in chapter 75, but it's a third eye Rinnegan so it could debatably just be a deactivated Rinne Sharingan or something like that, but either way he has a Rinnegan-derived dojutsu in his forehead, with no tomoe at that. Also when we look at the Otsutsuki God panel from chapter 55, the anime replaced the third eye Jogan with a red Rinne Sharingan.
People are so dumb. Amado is not a shinobi and even if he is, how many shinobi know how to perform Edo Tensei when even an antagonist Obito has to ask Kabuto how to perform it? And Rinnegan and Rinne Rebirth, Madara awakened Rinnegan in his deathbed even though is the most capable since he is an reincarnate.....if a scientist can clone his daughter with her memories but not her soul, how would Amado even manifest a "spiritual" power aspect like a Rinnegan to his experiments.
For those who says Amado can use time travell. Akebi having incurable disease in past where amado couldnt cure the disease if he time travel and bring her back will leads to nothing. The only thing is he can relay on Karma data
Slightly off topic, but Amado's other option would be to understand Omnipotence. If he knew the full scope of Ada's ability, then I could see him working with her so she can learn to use Omnipotence consciously and bring his daughter back that way in case his plan with Kawaki's karma backfires.
Even if these other methods were viable, it could also be the case that we know less about amados true motives. Maybe he wants to make her indestructible, or maybe she was never human to begin with. My guess is that amado brought akebi back several times but refused to acknowledge his daughter outside of his idealized version of her in his head leading him to use karma. This could result in him bringing her back as a otsusuki monster.

We’ve only seen rinne rebirth bring someone back to life in their own bodies. The body amado has he states is a clone and his actual daughter. It never had a soul inhabit it and isn’t even technically dead. Why would people think using rinne rebirth would work? What exactly is the plothole that people are trying point out here?

You don’t need to be the original owner of the rinnegan to use its abilities. Take Nagato and Obito(he did it with 1 eye). Amado just needs the eye for 5 minutes tops

I just thought of a theory. We saw that shibai had a rinnegan on his forehead. What if amado tried to recreate that rinnegan by giving shibai cells to kara members in the hopes of one of them awakening it. We know that all of them had shibai cells, but most of them didn't awaken a single shinjutsu let alone the rinnegan, and we know that they can awaken shibai's dojutsu cause eida awakened the senrigan. And then he saw a better opportunity with kawaki's karma so he decided to go with that instead.
Some may think that Amado can’t fight but at the end of the day he was a Kara inner and was even the one who modified the other inner members bodies. We aren't even sure if Momoshiki's rinnegan allows him to access all the abilities Pain used throughout the anime, the color and the power is different. Even if we consider that Momoshiki's rinnegan has access to all Six Path abilities, Boruto can`t use Momoshiki's power properly even in Two Blue Vortex. Now, somebody who has the ability to use the Rinnetensei is Sasuke. Why Amado never considered talking to Sasuke? I would say the conditions were not favorable for him and because the plot needs to move on. This also makes me wonder why we have never seen Sasuke using Rinnetensei not even once.

Konan and Nagato THOUGHT it was linked to chakra levels...Obito reveals in the war and the 4th databook tells us that it KILLS the user no matter what...the only reason Obito survived is because he had BOTH the ten tails husk AND Zetsu keeping him alive to extend his life force...thats why Naruto healing him didnt do anything, Obito was going to die regardless...Why would Sasuke use a jutsu to kill himself to revive a stranger's daughter?

I think Amado needs Hashirama chakra as the go between to bond both Naruto and Sasuke's DNA together. And maybe that's what he did to Kawaki to make sure he lived through the karma implant. And Code didn't need Hashirama DNA, Code is the odd limit he's probably Madara's, and his Uzimachi wife's great great grand child. Madara probably got "married" after he awakened the Rennigan and attached Hashirama cells to his body.

Explain how that's a plot hole.

I just thought of a theory. We saw that shibai had a rinnegan on his forehead. What if amado tried to recreate that rinnegan by giving shibai cells to kara members in the hopes of one of them awakening it. We know that all of them had shibai cells, but most of them didn't awaken a single shinjutsu let alone the rinnegan, and we know that they can awaken shibai's dojutsu cause eida awakened the senrigan. And then he saw a better opportunity with kawaki's karma so he decided to go with that instead.

We aren't even sure if Momoshiki's rinnegan allows him to access all the abilities Pain used throughout the anime, the color and the power is different. Even if we consider that Momoshiki's rinnegan has access to all Six Path abilities, Boruto can`t use Momoshiki's power properly even in Two Blue Vortex. Now, somebody who has the ability to use the Rinnetensei is Sasuke. Why Amado never considered talking to Sasuke? I would say the conditions were not favorable for him and because the plot needs to move on. This also makes me wonder why we have never seen Sasuke using Rinnetensei not even once.
Art of the Rinne Rebirth KILLS the person who uses it... Konan and Nagato THOUGHT it was linked to chakra levels...Obito reveals in the war and the 4th databook tells us that it KILLS the user no matter what...the only reason Obito survived is because he had BOTH the ten tails husk AND Zetsu keeping him alive to extend his life force...thats why Naruto healing him didnt do anything, Obito was going to die regardless...Why would Sasuke use a jutsu to kill himself to revive a stranger's daughter?

we see momo using more rinnegan abilities than sasuke, he uses meteors in the light novels, he uses almighty push twice and uses his rinnegan to create weapons and absorb chakra which is used far more than sasuke and madara used it so it is reasonable to assume he has all of them and it's never stated or implied that the color of rinnegan has different abilities

I think Amado needs Hashirama chakra as the go between to bond both Naruto and Sasuke's DNA together. And maybe that's what he did to Kawaki to make sure he lived through the karma implant. And Code didn't need Hashirama DNA, Code is the odd limit he's probably Madara's, and his Uzimachi wife's great great grand child. Madara probably got "married" after he awakened the Rennigan and attached Hashirama cells to his body.
