Unfortunately the English and Dutch crowds are awful and disrespectful it's the same in Football too the Germans are classy people and I'm English before anyone says anything
@@MackDaddy233 the atmosphere was awful let's not kid ourselves. The darts is advertised as a night out almost you want to hear songs and chants. The whistling is bad but I would rather that than I library like Berlin was
@@MackDaddy233Wait until the Germans have their own mvg or Luke Littler. At the moment they have no one competing for them, so they're neutral and don't care who wins.
Why would you want darts to be like snooker or golf where the best player wins . . . the Germans actually paid to watch where the Poms like to party or influence the outcome

The PDC must be having a field day with it too, Darts hasn't been this good since the Taylor Barney days and I think this even tops it because of the sheer depth in quality of all the players now

WHAT A BRILLIANT NIGHT OF DARTS. Some very good performances with 9 ton+ averages in 7 matches and all 7 were pretty much all amazing matches. Superb comebacks in there as well especially in the top half of the draw. The fact that all the scores were 6-4 and 6-5 shows how close the level is between these guys and on nights like this, winning the Bull in the backroom becomes even more crucial.
The semi finals were repeats of the last 2 World finals and honestly whenever the 2 Michaels and 2 Lukes meet each other, it’s just so beautiful to watch. All of them have very aesthetic throwing actions and they make it look so easy. Their pace suit each other and they all make each other play better. Could watch these guys play all day.
I thought the final would be 6-5 as well and it was never going to be any other score line. A fantastic final to end a magnificent night of darts and a very tense ending with MVG narrowly missing the Bull then once Littler got the T20 u would think its over as hes the best D10 hitter around right now but he very uncharacteristically paused before going it which probably knocked him off his rhythm. I’m sure next time he won’t do that and will just stay in the flow. I knew it’s over as soon as he missed and MVG won it last dart in hand.
I wish we can get more nights like this coz that was one of the best Premier League nights I can remember. The Premier League this year looks very exciting indeed and i cant wait for next week already.
im quite surprised littler paused before throwing for that double 10, like you said very unlike him, ususally just throws straight at his target
@@harry_1527 i reckon if he didnt pause he would have won the night coz of how good he is on D10. For me personally i think its better to stay in the flow in that situation between the treble and double, if u miss outside then u can take a little pause to recompose urself and go for the last dart.

Smith vs Price was amazing. Love watching that match up.
Man that was some awesome dart play. I really enjoy how the young man have all them on the top of their game. You miss 1 or 2 shots and you know it's a possibility its over.

Don't think we've ever seen such great dart matches right from start as tonight. I knew these guys would be practicing hard with little Luke there now. Awesome and I liked seeing Peter wright playing great even though he lost no shame
He's brought me back to darts.... it used to be the Crafty Cockney days.... Admired Taylor towards the end of his career. Slipping out to change the way he threw darts, and regain his status. This lads a gem. Absolutely love him .. thank you luke litlter.

a lot of people have said Luke wasn't good enough for the tour . 2 matches , 2 finals . that is good enough . Luke has had a far different darts training than the older players . he has lived in the academy since being a child .
Of all the doubles to miss he misses his fav!
The darts at the moment is brilliant, this 6 leg format is great, the scoring is incredible, the line up of players is epic
Why did he pause ? Never does that ! On one of his favourite doubles too .

I mean, I wanted a recap (having watched bits and pieces at the bar), so I didn't hate it since I knew. I'd like to see a similar thumbnail, including losers in future, but they know where to get the viewers. Aspinall vs Cross final won't pull in the views that this will, it's as simple as. They didn't put the final result in the title, be happy for that at least xD

Littler is on the edge already at such an early stage of becoming the next power. He is in need of a couple more wins to let himself get to that winning post each time. Great darts for a 17 year old on his first premier league when everyone said he was a one trick pony.
Peter wright played much better tonight hopefully he stays with these darts but it's Peter. Anyhow if Peter plays like that he's not far away

If littler gehts the whobbly darts points at entry right he will be even more ruthless and steady at times. the angle of entry could be better and more evenly.

Seen people moaning the crowd were quiet compared to last week when asshats were whisting. I would not say they are quiet just sound not being picked up as loud and different type of arena

You could put your house on luke hitting the double ten under normal circumstances a little bit of pressure makes all the difference.
Players had to work hard,especially in the final. But the audience had a treat of a final.
