Its been hard coming back to this channel after Johns passing but man im glad I did check it out today. Thank you for this video, best birthday present I gotten today. RIP John and thank you for all the knowledge you left behind for us
Wish there was a way for John to see or feel our admiration from beyond. Watching him learn reinforces his humility and is a great reminder to stay humble, no matter how much you know. Hope his legacy brings Mary and the boys at least a little comfort.
It's nice to see that John developed a new passion during his last years. This should remind everyone that you should follow your heart at any age. RIP John.
People also think all football players are dumb jocks. Far from the truth. It's amazing how many possible scenarios he goes through when describing a single play and I'm betting he doesn't even realize it. It's just natural, and not only that but the speed in which they have to process it all is crazy.
It depends on the sport and position in football. Most sports you won't have a dad bod and many positions in football you won't have a dad bod. But yes, Kelce has a very uninspiring, non athletic looking body.
@@mikeberecochea2020having football smarts doesn't mean one has smarts in any area of life. That said there are NFL players with MDs, PhDs in physics etc.
Thank you for posting this. Still watching John’s videos, learned so much from him. I’m not a football fan but I loved watching how excited he is learning from Kelce.
I had no idea that John coached football. This video is pure gold. It saddens me more all of the time that someone like John passed away. I hope that his legacy lives on for years. His videos live on to serve as an inspiration for me, and I'm sure that others feel the same. i hope that his family is doing well.
Besides big ron mountain dog was my you tube coach growing up his diet and meal videos showed me how to load up cleaner and on a budget let alone his work outs always on point legends never die top dog for ever
@Ll-eu8zg, There is or was another video with John and Lane Johnson. I believe Lane and John were friends through training. Anuway Lane took Jonh to the NovaCare facility, check it out it's pretty cool. I know Lane was very upset when John passed.
RIP John, you are the man, so knowledgeable, always a gentleman didn’t realize you helped kids football you are truly missed every where, bless the family
I've been watching John for several years now.. Much respect.. He loves the weights! But the man is smallish compared to big Kelce as most of us would be..
Man this made me take a double check I never knew did a vid with Jason, wow gave me a weird feeling like huh did he actually not pass? Anyway, back to reality now.
I had no idea this video existed
It’s brand new unreleased until today
A hint that their video library is starting to run out, maybe?

Damn 2 of my favorite people sports related RIP
Mountain Dog.
This guy is more productive in the afterlife than I am in my own life.☹. Very inspiring.
... dude I didn't even know he died until just now, I only very casually checked out some of his video's here and there so I didn't know.
Hahahaha
🤣🤣 I was so confused seeing this in my feed, and dated 2 weeks ago, since I was sure I’d read of Johns passing.
A great guy and really knowledgeable
Man! RIP Mr. Meadow! These vids truly are gems.
The buff dude died??
@@ThePerpetualStudent Yes he passed away a few years ago. They have been reuploading old videos but this was previously unreleased.
im so glad that someone is keeping this channel alive. I always thinking about his wife and sons. RIP thank you for all the educating videos.
As an Eagles fan, philly raised, trains regularly, and follow bodybuilding tips from MountainDog. This videos hits differently. RIP brother
Offensive linemen are priceless. I am telling you they are the heart and soul of the team and do not get the recognition they deserve.
That’s a fact.

Just another example of how much he loved his boys.
Amazing. Kelce explains this stuff so well.
Pity NFL is totally rigged! 😂
6 time all pro at the center position.

Wow! I’ve never seen this video before. It’s always great to see John again doing his thing. Miss you John.
Wow this is so cool. Who even knew they did a collab together this is awesome!
Kelce is a great example of how the general public equate a ripped physique with athleticism. A lot of the best athletes have “dad bods.”

Saw a pic of Patrick Mahomes with his shirt off. You would never know that he is an athlete of any sort from looking at his dad bod.
This is an excellent video! Thanks guys! Especially you, Jason!
Oh wow what a treat, this is amazing! So happy to see this notification today. RIP
Awesome! RIP John, thanks for all of your great content.

I remember a few vids of John when he worked out w some nfl guys (cant remember if eagles or jets) but its dope to see this come out.
John Meadows introduced me to a lot of working sets that fit someone that is in his late 40’s. RIP to an iron brother and legend.
