I've been following your channel since patch 1.3 and you've always only reported the facts of the matter and been quick to declare what information is absent. Cyberpunk had a big imprint on games. I see Cyberpunk 2077 as a game that can be buiton. If they maintain dlc everything is good, a new area. Evetime you play it you get a different experiece. Are many good games out there but this combination of deus ex, watch dogs, and dinamic storymod makes it unique. It's fun as hell. I like witcher when I was younger, Cyberpunk haves a mature movie vibe. Very few games do that. I had no ideea that what I will do in something like one, will ahve impact to the intire game. This one need to come with a owner manual.

Hopefully they actually release actually patches that fixes and addresses bugs and glitches they claimed to fixed but so far I'm playing anything that isn't CDPR published or developed and I have over 700 hours dlc only brought me back for a day and realizing this the obly dlc we're getting I just stop doing the dlc after rescuing Myers for me cyberpunk is literally a mid level driving simulator and factions are still aren't fleshed out I would rather see more quests involve Aldecaldos or getting a random call from Judy Panam Rivers and other giving you a time limit quest to save their members or deliver something but what we get is "airdrops" when you hear that I bet you assume airdrops across night city that would have given CDPR to show tyger claws vs moxs or Tinos vs malestrom or a huge melee but nah we get the basic things like even the transmog system is basic compared to AC Odyssey to Gotham knights only thing saving cyberpunk 2077 is the world and the characters

It’s really too bad they didn’t add the gameplay sliders that Starfield did. That is one thing really missing from Cyberpunk. Game is way too easy on normal or hard once you play the game a decent amount. Still super fun on a big 4k screen with dlss, but yea…I think the gameplay would be more addicting if you could adjust the difficulty more. But I just leaned there is a very hard mode so I’ll try that. I still think we should have more gameplay sliders. They could have added more survival stuff, different driving / being on foot sliders, etc.
2077 released in a horrible state, but CDPR did fix the game and I respect them for that. I pray and hope they learn their lesson and make Orion even better. Witcher 4 on the horizon. ❤

@Ijustpullingeneral Let's hope they don't repeat the same mistake for Orion. Take their time and don't announce any release date until the game is 99% finished. They had to cancel the online features to fix the game. Most definitely multi-player will be a feature for Orion whenever it releases.

Yes this is huge learning lesson to make Orion even better out the gate. Right now Orion is in the concept phase. Soon it will enter pre production when they hire more devs for CDPR North America.
Was heartbroken with 2077's disastrous release after looking forward to it for so long. Now it's sad to hear they've "finished" working on it after it's finally fixed.
Same .All they really did was fix most of the bugs and polish it up a bit and added a little bit of not so impressive content. It's still a shell of what they advertised.

Some good news! Thanks for covering the Investor call! CDPR supported Cyberpunk 2077 well enough after launch. Sure, those "missing" features won't come out, but at least they gave us metro system and some small vehicle recolouring if nothing else. They can put 3rd person, Crystal Palace quests, dual wielding weapons, new game+, better, visible cyberware etc. in the next game. Also CDPR released Redkit for free and they're keeping it free is a big win for everyone. Hope to see some fun mods for Witcher 3 soon. I think the next witcher game could come out in late 2026 or early 2027, since they're working on it since 2022. I know, at that time they were at pre-production. Still it's possible that they can work faster on Unreal 5 vs Red Engine, especially with Epic's software engineer support. They just have to make sure to release it when it's 100% ready and with as few bugs as possible. CDPR "saved" Cyberpunk with that large 120+ million dollar investment on bug and stability fixes, but it'd be much better for them and every gamer if that money went to the real development and not bug fixing. The investors also need to chill out and let them work. We don't need another rough launch for the 4th Witcher just to sell it on last-gen consoles, right? If it takes that much time, maybe they should develop it for the next-gen only (PS6 and NextBox instead of the current console gen) and make PS5/Xbox Series X versions after the main game is finished.
One scenario I can see happening is that when Nvidia officially debuts RTX 50, DLSS 4.0 will be shown and Cyberpunk used as a showcase for them. That could put some buzz back into Cyberpunk and get some more sales.
At this point literally the only thing I want is player animations fixed. Everything else is great now after the fixes, but it’s always a bummer being super immersed and then seeing your shadow just.. doing, what it does.
Imagine if CDPR was bought up by Microsoft and then closed down. Before that, of course, the games become X-Box exclusive. CD Project Red remains independent. Let no evil come upon you.
Who spends this kind of money on a game which was finally 'fixed' and given a worthy DLC, showing what the existing platform is capable of, and then just tosses it aside like yesterdays toy? Missed opportunity is the mantra of todays game corporations. They could push out 10 more DLC just like Phantom Liberty for profit while using EXISTING infrastructure. I can think of several in game opportunities for more content. BTW - Phantom Liberty made Johnny quite likeable which seemed intentional. I tried playing the Witcher 3 again in the last 6 months. Tired of the mud.
There's a number of true haters in the comments here, huh... I suspect these people are legitimately still hurt by the state of the original release, and they're lashing out or something. But in the end it doesn't make sense, do these people never forgive anyone for a mistake? CDPR spent a lot of time trying to fix the game, and in my experience (only stepped in at 2.0, just before PL) Cyberpunk 2077 is simply a great game with smooth gameplay, a beautiful world, and a brilliant story I will never forget.
Autosave glitch still happens on the series s and NPCs still float literally the complete opposite experience on the series x so if you want to play cyberpunk's series s port it's broken you'll have a way better experience on pc or series x those to ports are actually optimized while frame drops still happens on the series s and literally CDPR lied about "patching" autosave glitch and Npcs floating and studders and texture flickering to Screen flickering like give v-snyc or actually fix the game
Far from finished my car still falls through the damn map and for a game with cars all over the driving expirence sucks just today my car got stuck on a sidewalk and started spinning around like it was on a turntable this game had so much potential but you cant even buy braindances to watch just a whatever in your inventory clearly cut content that they would have done given the time and what happened to car customization what happened to running on walls so many broken promises when i play this game i feel like im playing a less realistic gta clone with a better skill tree the game lacks fluidity it feels forced and not natural or even that much fun whats the point of this so called romance system with pam she comes over you have two options to choose from eventually you go to bed wake up and thats it. Even the roleplay feels forced dry and bland like a chef that cut back on all the good ingredients and just said i give up popped some canned ravioli in a microwave and called it a day cause it was just good enough.
I remember buying the expansion and choose cure & listening to V saying no, no this isn’t my life. In disbelief. It was a cool concept but I checked the expansion/De-installed it and basically just enjoyed the without it. I prefer Star ending. No one can predict the future of V’s out like they did in the expansion. But, I understand the developers were telling the story. I feel we, as gamers have the right to enjoy the game however you like. Very informative upload. Respect 🫡
The direction CDPR is taking doesn't build a lot of confidence in the future of the company; Every company feels so compelled to take the political route like Rocksteady, Ubisoft, EA, etc. Zero interest. Love the channel though!
I'm still not feeling passionate about Cyberpunk 2077 because it's not the RPG experience we were initially promised. It's still a good game though. I am also not giving CDPR any benefit of the doubt or forgiveness until they manage their next game properly, actually release that "when it's ready", and prove that they are more loyal to the players than the shareholders, and that they learn from their mistakes.

Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty 100% deserved some sort of recognition for what they have pulled off from the likes of BAFTA. Congratulations CDPR, we’re all more than looking forward to a sequel some day.
I wish at least some visual stuff would be fixed(like camera clipping into V,mantis blades equip animation)before completely moving on....but here we are They're prolly gonna be fixed when a next gen console drops😂
The WItcher as a franchise never really clicked for me, so it's many many years before something new from them that will interest me. (I've played all of the Witcher games, but always fell off them)
I really wanted to like it, but the actual gameplay just never worked for me. The swordplay is just not my thing. The world, characters etc were brilliant though.
I think in June 2025 we can expect a teaser or a trailer with the 2026 release date at the end, (probably delayed until 2027 although IMHO the best thing CDPR could do it's making an announcement a la Kingdom Come Deliverance II, very, very close to the actual release date. Regardin Cyberpunk, I wouldn't expect anything about Orion until AT LEAST 2030.
@@daytimelantern6570 they started working on it long time ago now, as of 2021 at least post Cyberpunk launch, when a small team started to create the base, story, concept, etc, so now that they have 400 developers the game its already being crafted. Cyberpunk took 7 yeara, but only when Blood and Wine was released all the manpower force of the company was moved to Cyberpunk development, so actually its more like 3 years creating the base and 4 years creating the game. But that was a new IP, Witcher it’s less complicated for them, that’s why I think it could be possible.
"Broader audience" Ah yes, went to my grill and steakhouse and they'll promise me a delicious piece of smoked, tender cow with my favorite beer, and after paying premium, I'll get a bowl of greens and tofu, all cutely arranged in flags and a can of Yerba Mate, and when I complaint the gaslighting will begin by unsavory "patrons" who for some reason are outside the place to begin with. Cyberpunk 2077 was already sold to broader audiences. The biggest mistakes CDPR made were the rushed development, releasing on last gen consoles with HDDs and that 2018 trailer which suggested it's a "Cyberpunk GTA" instead of an open world looter-shooter rpg with meaningful stories.

Its BS that they never added Crystal palace into the game even though its talked about all the time, In all honesty while the game was great I fee like what we got in the end was a great building block for more content but oh well. Its kind of sad no original IP is being worked on just more of the same now in UE5
I am still hoping Crystal Palace is in the sequel, hard to know but we shall see. It would be a logical part of the game or expansion further down the line.

Every average game these days with a few decent devs can hammer out a stunning and expansive landscape, so in the hands of CDPR with their own custom tech layered on top, we may get multiple cities over a huge landmass. I kind of see Cyberpunk and the expansion as the last 'exam' CDPR needed to test themselves with, and feel that they eventually passed, after a few resits. Now each and every team has been through the ringer, brutally sliced and diced publicly, that these new games quality wise will be like jumping from The Witcher1 to TW3 in one cycle. Here's hoping!

Cyberpunk 2077 needs infinitely replayable NG+ and mods on console badly.
so badly....you can get a ng+ experience with mods on pc but is not the same thing....and consoles don't have that
You get so overpowered on a normal playthrough and can respec so I don’t see what a ng+ would give anyone that isn’t already there.

Have They Fixed That Autosave Loop That Prevents Quest Progression And Manual Saving?
Imagine an open world witcher game looking like Hellblade 2... thatd be freaking amazing.
I'm playing now on ps5... Like it very much.. Had the ps4 disc for 3 years..
At this point literally the only thing I want is player animations fixed. Everything else is great now after the fixes, but it’s always a bummer being super immersed and then seeing your shadow just.. doing, what it does.
Imagine if CDPR was bought up by Microsoft and then closed down. Before that, of course, the games become X-Box exclusive.

Who spends this kind of money on a game which was finally 'fixed' and given a worthy DLC, showing what the existing platform is capable of, and then just tosses it aside like yesterdays toy? Missed opportunity is the mantra of todays game corporations. They could push out 10 more DLC just like Phantom Liberty for profit while using EXISTING infrastructure. I can think of several in game opportunities for more content. BTW - Phantom Liberty made Johnny quite likeable which seemed intentional. I tried playing the Witcher 3 again in the last 6 months. Tired of the mud.

I suspect these people are legitimately still hurt by the state of the original release, and they're lashing out or something.
But in the end it doesn't make sense, do these people never forgive anyone for a mistake?
CDPR spent a lot of time trying to fix the game, and in my experience (only stepped in at 2.0, just before PL) Cyberpunk 2077 is simply a great game with smooth gameplay, a beautiful world, and a brilliant story I will never forget.
The big question is if Sweet Baby consulted on the next Witcher game....
Only thing it needs is multiplayer. OK it’s a better GTA it needs, but it needs multiplayer
Autosave glitch still happens on the series s and NPCs still float literally the complete opposite experience on the series x so if you want to play cyberpunk's series s port it's broken you'll have a way better experience on pc or series x those to ports are actually optimized while frame drops still happens on the series s and literally CDPR lied about "patching" autosave glitch and Npcs floating and studders and texture flickering to Screen flickering like give v-snyc or actually fix the game

Far from finished my car still falls through the damn map and for a game with cars all over the driving expirence sucks just today my car got stuck on a sidewalk and started spinning around like it was on a turntable this game had so much potential but you cant even buy braindances to watch just a whatever in your inventory clearly cut content that they would have done given the time and what happened to car customization what happened to running on walls so many broken promises when i play this game i feel like im playing a less realistic gta clone with a better skill tree the game lacks fluidity it feels forced and not natural or even that much fun whats the point of this so called romance system with pam she comes over you have two options to choose from eventually you go to bed wake up and thats it. Even the roleplay feels forced dry and bland like a chef that cut back on all the good ingredients and just said i give up popped some canned ravioli in a microwave and called it a day cause it was just good enough.
I remember buying the expansion and choose cure & listening to V saying no, no this isn’t my life. In disbelief. It was a cool concept but I checked the expansion/De-installed it and basically just enjoyed the without it. I prefer Star ending. No one can predict the future of V’s out like they did in the expansion. But, I understand the developers were telling the story. I feel we, as gamers have the right to enjoy the game however you like. Very informative upload. Respect 🫡
You know you can still choose other endings without uninstalling the expansion right? 💀

The direction CDPR is taking doesn't build a lot of confidence in the future of the company; Every company feels so compelled to take the political route like Rocksteady, Ubisoft, EA, etc.

I'm still not feeling passionate about Cyberpunk 2077 because it's not the RPG experience we were initially promised. It's still a good game though. I am also not giving CDPR any benefit of the doubt or forgiveness until they manage their next game properly, actually release that "when it's ready", and prove that they are more loyal to the players than the shareholders, and that they learn from their mistakes.
It’s really too bad they didn’t add the gameplay sliders that Starfield did. That is one thing really missing from Cyberpunk. Game is way too easy on hard once you play the game a decent amount. Still super fun on a big 4k screen with dlss, but yea…I think the gameplay would be more addicting if you could adjust the difficulty more.
Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty 100% deserved some sort of recognition for what they have pulled off from the likes of BAFTA. Congratulations CDPR, we’re all more than looking forward to a sequel some day.

I wish at least some visual stuff would be fixed(like camera clipping into V,mantis blades equip animation)before completely moving on....but here we are

What a journey, started watching you when the first City Wire came out, pretty fond memories and I'm glad where Cyberpunk ended up in the end.
I hope we get a CDPR AAA game next year or two, they released their AAA games every 4 years

The WItcher as a franchise never really clicked for me, so it's many many years before something new from them that will interest me. (I've played all of the Witcher games, but always fell off them)

I really wanted to like it, but the actual gameplay just never worked for me. The swordplay is just not my thing.
The world, characters etc were brilliant though.

I think in June 2025 we can expect a teaser or a trailer with the 2026 release date at the end, (probably delayed until 2027 although IMHO the best thing CDPR could do it's making an announcement a la Kingdom Come Deliverance II, very, very close to the actual release date.
Regardin Cyberpunk, I wouldn't expect anything about Orion until AT LEAST 2030.

@@daytimelantern6570 they started working on it long time ago now, as of 2021 at least post Cyberpunk launch, when a small team started to create the base, story, concept, etc, so now that they have 400 developers the game its already being crafted. Cyberpunk took 7 yeara, but only when Blood and Wine was released all the manpower force of the company was moved to Cyberpunk development, so actually its more like 3 years creating the base and 4 years creating the game. But that was a new IP, Witcher it’s less complicated for them, that’s why I think it could be possible.

Cyberpunk 2077 was already sold to broader audiences. The biggest mistakes CDPR made were the rushed development, releasing on last gen consoles with HDDs and that 2018 trailer which suggested it's a "Cyberpunk GTA" instead of an open world looter-shooter rpg with meaningful stories.

Its BS that they never added Crystal palace into the game even though its talked about all the time, In all honesty while the game was great I fee like what we got in the end was a great building block for more content but oh well. Its kind of sad no original IP is being worked on just more of the same now in UE5
I am still hoping Crystal Palace is in the sequel, hard to know but we shall see. It would be a logical part of the game or expansion further down the line.
@@LastKnownMeal I know it sounds daft, but the one thing UE5 will allow them is a scope/scale without boundaries. Every average game these days with a few decent devs can hammer out a stunning and expansive landscape, so in the hands of CDPR with their own custom tech layered on top, we may get multiple cities over a huge landmass. I kind of see Cyberpunk and the expansion as the last 'exam' CDPR needed to test themselves with, and feel that they eventually passed, after a few resits. Now each and every team has been through the ringer, brutally sliced and diced publicly, that these new games quality wise will be like jumping from The Witcher1 to TW3 in one cycle. Here's hoping!

@@juliusfishman7222 I feel the cyberpunk 2077 is unfinished. Maybe the sequel has more Fallout vibe because V is roaming together with Panam in Arizona to find a cure for his disease. But interstellar travel involves too much work, considering how Starfield failed.
As others have said the old CDPR is dead and the current one is ESG/DEI first
And with epic games new announcement all UE5 games being developed have to follow WOKE diversity standards

This. Definitely not expecting too much more out of the company going forward. I'll be honest though, the first red flag was putting Gabe Amatangelo in charge of Cyberpunk. The guy's history in the industry isn't great.
