A good report. I fly BA about 30-40 times per year and I don’t think the bad reputation they have is deserved. Sometimes things aren’t perfect but they always give great service. I usually book Club World but occasionally First if the upgrade is reasonable.
Thank you for your kind feedback. I hope to improve my trip reports in time, it is a learning process for me. I agree that British Airways seems to get more than its fair share of negativity online. I think both online and offline there is a big gap between what I experience and the others do and this isn’t just in regard’s with BA. I try to avoid blanket statements in my trip reports and take it one flight at a time and judge it like that, unless off course it is a corporate decision like Lufthansa not serving special meals in business class on inter European flights then I will share my oppinion.
very funny! this is BA brexit class! what a disaster. Did fly Concorde long ago but BA FA is a mere business class without good ground service like LH. but yet a nice review.
Cabin looks more like business class, that being said the food looks improved compared to 2023 and early 2024 which was noticably more atrocious back then
I have large feet so those cubby hole feet rest in business class are not my favourite. These seats are open and you have more space than in business. It is worth it if you get a good deal.
I’m planning to fly on Air France long haul business next year! To be fair the new Air France business class looks like the business class British airways introduced back in 2019. First seats are longer no foot cubby like all the modern 1-2-1 businessclass seats have with most airlines now.
Things go bust, that happens. However structural flaws like the mess when boarding or disembarking when flying in first. Or serving special meals in first that are the same in all classes special meals just on a nicer plate I find far more offensive.
Just trying to be honest, we pay a-lot of money for tickets I would feel not honest to give everything a positive spin or pretend I don’t care. But thank you for your feedback It is helpful as there was a lot of positives which might not come across I guess!

I flew on the Concorde that wore that nose back in the day when I used to travel to JFK.
That is wonderfull! It must have been an amazing experience to fly on Concorde for the first time back then.

First class but tv not working
Yes the tried there best fixing it but nothing worked, I always travel with a loaded Ipad just in case and this time it came in handy.
