How the First Plants Came to Land: Bryophytes and the Early Land Plants
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 8 сен 2024
- The evolutionary journey of how plants transitioned from water to land. We'll also discuss bryophytes, the most primitive lineage of plants alive today, which might somewhat resemble these early terrestrial pioneers.

Great video bro. I subscribed
Thanks for your kind words! :)
👋
I studied this on my second year of ecology in uni in a course where we studied algae and land plants (with the exception of angiosperms which had their own course) and you explain it in a much better way than professors. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much! That must have been a wonderful study :) Angiosperms deserve at least two videos in this series about the evolutionary history of plants, so hopefully I can complement the angiosperm course you did with my future videos.
I’ve already suggested your channel to my peers and friends. Keep up your good work bro (especially your models).
Well presented :).
Thank you so much! :)
Great video! Happy to have had your channel suggested to me
Thank you! :)
👋
this showed up on my home page 🎉
Keep it up bro!
Great video 👌
Thanks! Will do! ☺️
Great lesson. Keep up the good work. Thanks!
Thank you! Very appreciated:)
@@EchoesofEvolution My pleasure! I see that you are a biology and geology student. Where do you attend university? Are you pursuing a Masters or PhD? Where do you live?
Thanks again!
@@roccov1972 I’m currently studying biology at the University of Amsterdam (where I’m based), and I’m also working on a minor in geology/paleontology at the University of Utrecht. I’d love to pursue a masters in paleobiology and maybe even a PhD in that field.
@@EchoesofEvolution Awesome. I'm really pleased that there is someone with your background providing an education on these topics for those of us who are not learned. Many thanks!
Erg leuk (: en interessant!
Dankjewel! 😃
you sound just like The Sapling youtuber
Hey Caitlinw, I just checked the channel you’re mentioning and it’s really cool! I see it as a huge compliment, thank you 🙏
yea very similar voice
Great video! Btw are you Dutch xD
Hey thanks! Yes I’m Dutch :)
