As someone who is married to a Chinese person, and has been to China a lot, I can tell you this is not at all anything you get in China. This is what I call generic international style chinese, suited to non chinese tastes. Ironically, the only thing that might have been anywhere near authentic was that little tub of chili sauce she said "oh no, im not eating that." Apart from that, everything else is that generic international style "safe" chinese food you see in every non Chinese country.
