Thank you!
Great idea including both angle options in 1. I love it when I’m not forced to buy something else to get a slightly different item, that I might not even like.
BRO I GOT SO FKKNN SCARED!!! I'm super glad I found your video because I invested in a trigger and safety selector kit but unexpectedly set my safety to 45° degree orientation and I immediately assumed that I broke everything!! Saved me a really bad migraine
Glad I could help!
Thank you so much for this because I changed my grip and the detent pin fell out and the safety switch was just freeloading watching your video help me figure out where it went!
this video helped me figure out why my selector was loose after installing my echo sport...lost that detent pin that goes with the spring in the handle.. thanks man! been trying to figure this out for a few days now lol
Great to hear! Those little springs are annoyingly important to keep things running smoothly.
I did the same exact thing, lol
thank you for being so detailed with your video
Great list of affiliates. Thanks for making it easy to find these sites.
Glad it was helpful! And thanks for the sub!
Excellent instructional video.
The graphics are top notch too.
You're a G. The animations and vid. 1000/10
Thank you, I really appreciate it. :)
Excellent video. It’s great that you added the illustration explaining the interaction between the spring + detent and the safety selector as held in by the grip. My ADHD brain appreciated it 😂
I'm glad you liked it. :)
NICE INSTALL, JUST ORDERED MINE 😅
Will a full auto safety work on a semi auto lower? I just need to know if it fits. KAC ambi triggers are very scarce and I can only find FA safety.
Yes, a full auto safety will work in a normal lower.
Question, can you install an after-market safety selector if you have a binary trigger already installed? Thanks.
That depends heavily on the design of the trigger. Some of them have enough space to slide a new safety lever in and out with it installed, but most don't. If you can remove your current selector lever without taking the trigger pins out, you should theoretically be able to install a new aftermarket one. The tricky thing with binary triggers is the additional slot in the selector lever and how the trigger and lever interact with each other.
@@TheWarriorSolution Thank you for the knowledge my man.
Great video, excellent detail man
Glad you liked it!
This video just saved me from tossing my detent.
Yikes! Glad I could help!
What size allen is used to secure the levers? I bought this and it didn't come with a spring and detent or the allen key
It should have come with everything you need to install it, unless you got it second hand. You might try reaching out to Tyrant to see if they can send you a replacement spring and detent. Either way, the allen key size is 7/64".
Great methodical video!
Thank you! I'd love to make more, but YT will give me channel strikes. You can find more videos like this one on my Juxxi channel: juxxi.com/channel/TheWarriorSolution
Splitting hairs a bit here but you don't need to completely remove the grip; just loosen it enough that you can slide the selector lever out.
There's another technique that involves the use of a modified hex key that completely negates removing the grip at all.
Yep, I'm a fan of the Hex key method, but for beginners, I didn't want to add making a tool and the potential for the detent to be lost if they messed it up.
Will these work with a binary trigger assembly?
Yes, it should work normally with binary triggers. You might want to ask Tyrant CNC directly just to be sure though.
Great! Thank you!
Just want to say while wearing eye and ear protection is definitely a good idea it's not really one of the fundamental rules of firearm safety!
Really. The military 'services think impaired hearing is a detrement to combat arms. Damn the Corps. Lied to me again.
Good video 👍
Thanks 👍
No Blue loctite?
Touché... I opted to leave it off because it wasn't going to be permanent. It's always a good idea to add some blue Locktite to screws on firearms.
7:20 for the install
Ambidextrous not ambidextrious
eh potato tomato. I'm infantry, not a rocket surgeon. ;D
Merci 🇫🇷🇱🇷😃
let me guess, they charge you at least $15 for this tiny little piece of plastic?
It isn't plastic, it's CNC machined aluminum, and yes, it cost more than $15. Basically any part worth running will be more than $15 when it comes to this kind of thing.
OMG! You didn't safety check!!!!
Lol!
Should have seen me staring down the barrel before I started! ;)
am·bi·dex·trous....Not am·bi·dex·tri·ous. There is no i after the R.

What a tool comment.
Why don’t you just go away.
Thanks, Captain Pedantic!
Lol are you calling them longer and shorter lover
This video is 8 minutes too long
Can someon PLEASE learn how to properly pronounce ambidextrous? Google is your friend.
Ghetto safety lever. No need for this crap
Friends don't let friends by Tyrant designs parts. Seriously do not purchase their Chinesuim mall ninja crap. It's gaudy, shittily made and way overpriced just to add insult to injury
What kind do u suggest? I want to change mine out.
@@CompanyHaze head over to B Kings firearms and get one of his safeties. best one I've tried besides the $80 model from forward controls design . bkings ambi short throw safeties are $25!!
