The only problem though is that the Amiibo might not work with the US Version. Back in the day, Nintendo had a thing called GB Mobile that worked with Pokémon Crystal in Japan; but the International Version didn't work with it do to the function to to make Pokémon Crystal work with the GB Mobile was taken out. So since it was said in the video that the Amiibo is a Japanese Exclusive. So that may mean the function to make it work with the US Version, may not be there. But we will just have to see if that's how it's really going to be.

Theres a bundle that includes the amiibo and the game cartridge
Amiibo don't have region lock, but games and the eshop do and in the US and UK/EU version of the game it's not compatible with the amiibo because they did not add functionality to it in those versions.

awww Lamarr that was so sweet of you give the some neighborhood children some of your unwanted video games most people will either destroy them I saw that on RUclips or throw them away so was nice that you gave someone unfortunate children some games for their 3ds some parents skrimp and Save to buy their children a 3DS or 3DS XL and I can only afford one game and the children play that game over and over again so it was nice of you to give him a few games for them to play hopefully they were grateful and thank you.

The BoxBoy Amiibo works with the BoxBoy games (for sure the 3rd) which are available in the 3DS eShop Store. They are puzzle 2D Platform games.

Lamar what about the other six Amiibo that are only in Japan? You don't have them yet. They're all for a 3DS game called "Monster Hunter Stories" and the other one is for a game called "Bye bye BoxBoy" both games are out in NA but Bye bye BoxBoy didn't get a physical release it is on the 3DS eShop.

The game he is from is Box Boy, actually it's a Trilogy and the last game is said to be the last game from him. Those games are available everywhere, they are NOT Japanese-exclusive, only the amiibo is.
