D-Boss! You was hustling so hard it cost you a bunch of time and money, but I liked that compactor it did shake it down I might have to get that, just what I need another 5000+ dollar attachment that I’ll use twice a year, but I love all those mini excavator attachments there just so handy.
Great to see Max helping out on the site!!!! Another job well done in the books perfectly I might add!!!! I’ll see you in the next video Mike stay cool out there if possible!!!!!
Just did the same thing with are tractor. Cleaning up a field. Old metal mower deck sitting there. I better move that , better move that. Pop. There went the tire.
Dirt Buddy swoops in to polish the project off. Nice ah nice! Boss man, we had a field culvert on my childhood farm that was made of rail road ties. But, they were just thrown over the washed out drain that was there. Every time we got a gully washer the banks eroded and the ties sunk. That stone lined channel was sweet! When I was a kid, the railroad ties were free. The local station master would put up a signup sheet at the depot. If the sheriff caught you taking ties from the right of way they called the stationmaster. If your name wasn’t on the list (or you were taking more than the limit) you got charged with trespassing and petty larceny. Those were simpler times. I am building a railroad tie bridge over Sassafras Valley Gully. I hope to have it finished and the video posted next month. It won’t be nearly as complicated as the culvert you just replaced. Nice job bud!
Well hell..! Mike, hated to see that damage to the compactor, at least that hydraulic block didn’t get messed up…, would have been a “anchor” till parts came in for it, hahaha. Looks great..! Always love seeing your Jr., partner on site, helping out. Thank you.
Well, that was an interesting job, first time I have been below ground looking through the camera lens !!! You got shed loads done, if only the stone had turned up at a reasonable time...... 😬 you may not have modified the compactor..... 🤦♂️🙄 Great to see Max giving you a hand, learning how to spread grass seed, coverage takes patience!!!! No doubt the heat had you frazzled too 🥵🥵🥵
Thanks for calling it "crusher run," not many people know that's the correct name. Everyone else says, "crush and run." Which is incorrect. Loved the video. Awesome job!
Just call it 3/4 blend down here, 3/4” stone blended all the way down to dust, you’s guys up there call it crusher run, but that doesn’t make sense, but whatever.
Love your content. He stuff you accomplish by yourself crazy. Of course, that might have cost you a coupler and a hose redo. Great to see your extra hand onsite….awesome!
Need to have a double barrel on board for those Big Foot sightings!! Mike, things aren’t getting any better out there, as far as back to 2018/19 days. Need to roll with the punches, and it will come together, Stay strong 💪 👍🇺🇸
Passable in ONE DAY by ONE MAN or ONE "DIRT BOSS"! (Of course with the "MAX" right on the 'BIG GUY'S' tail) Excellent Job, good buddy! Need to say, your AUDIO was fantastic in this one like SURROUND SOUND. Did you do anything differently? You must sleep well after all you put in through the jobs! Thank you!
This could turn into a real Rat's Nest real quick! Did you use to talk to yourself prior to doing RUclips? And now that you do RUclips talking to yourself is now considered "normal youtub acting"?
22:43 the way you're swinging the camera around, I had to stop watching it. I was getting motion sickness. Got to pan slow my dude. If you're in that much of a hurry to finish the job, just film shorter clips or show the finish picture. That job looked really difficult, and I understand why you were under a time pressure.
The Boss knows how to get it done.
1 man + hard work = DONE RIGHT!
Thanks

We say 5/8 minus or 3/4 minus up here in the pacific NW. otherwise it’s 5/8 clean 3/4 clean or 1 1/4 clean. Gotta go CRUSH AND RUN NOW. Toodles

No nothing's changed I probably was just yelling cuz nobody was around.. lol
@@DIRT-BOSS BOSS, I meant changed for the GOOD as in Very Clear & Great Volume! If it was adverse, I would never say anything!
Great job !!!!
Cool project. When do you backfill culverts with gravel vs native soil ?
Each site is different as far as soil contents but I always like to use native soil around the pipe if possible
GLARE ON THE PICTURE.
Sweat
When you've got clearly unforeseen conditions, you don't know what's down there, I'm guessing you'd set a job like this on T&M?
This job no I knew that stuff was under there but yes unforeseen is always an extra
lol, we need light, hey drop down a flash light
Where is the guy thatused to work with you?
No clue
hey how about flowable fill
good grief
👍👍👍👏👏👏🙏
🤘🤘🤘🤘
What a pain of a job
Who in the right mind would bury wood underground for a drive way
Old-timers
Back in the day, sleeper ties were the culverts and bridge building materials. Plastic Pipe wasnt invented yet....lol.
This could turn into a real Rat's Nest real quick!
Did you use to talk to yourself prior to doing RUclips? And now that you do RUclips talking to yourself is now considered "normal youtub acting"?
I don't know I never worked alone before until RUclips..
22:43 the way you're swinging the camera around, I had to stop watching it. I was getting motion sickness. Got to pan slow my dude. Thanks for the Tip I see it definitely
@@DIRT-BOSS Or, if you are shooting 60FPS - you can always slow it down in editing. I do that with some of my drone shots if slew too quickly
