Thank you !
i'm using tia portal after years for an upgrade project at work, i was using TIA v11, now i have v15.1, i can feel the Pc run smoothly than before (the PC is the same), at least TIA doesn't crash often now :D anyway... wonderful videos, i'm following you from a while and i like this channel, Greetings from an Italian guy living in China...
Very good explaining as always
You are doing great job man.....
It is very useful video to improve tia
A lot more than I learn in school.
CTUD, I actually found a use for this instruction. I'm using the instruction to simulate the level of a tank 0-100 gallons, the instruction fills the tank and emptiest the tank. I use that on a HMI and you can see how the BAR-graph goes up/down. I'm sure they may be different way to simulate this but I use the CTUD and it work fine. thank you!
CTUD counts by steps, depending on the way you fill/empty the tank, the value may vary from the counter's count unless you also implement comparison/value check, but then it would make counter use obsolete..

Thank you for your explanation
Hi, Mr. Hegamurl, I'm an electrical engineering student, and I very much enjoy your educative videos. I'm wondering what your PC specs are to run TIA Portal smoothly like in the video?
great video, keep up the good work. How can i make it, so that the counter just counts how many times the door has been opened without putting in a max value (5), and then flashes a light the amount of times the door has been opened

An int can provide 65536 counts, from -32768 to 32767 i.e. coded on 16bit
That is correct, yes. Did I say something else in the video? Can not remember^^
@@hegamurl7434 you hesitate a bit on the value, so to avoid any questions about it I permit myself to bring few infos, sorry, I did it with kindness for you community. Cheers.
@@lamoule74 perfectly fine! Thanks for the assist! I never remember the correct numbers, just the 2^16... that is usually enough 😅
@@hegamurl7434 haha, no kidding? 😂I ensure you me neither for the 32767, but 65536 is ok, it sounds easier for me (in Fr) no explenation, well anyway...
Der automatische Untertitel des Videos ist nur auf Englisch, könnten Sie den automatischen Untertitel auf Portugiesisch hinzufügen? Vielen Dank.
Man merkt den deutschen Akzent 😂
