even if i was mega rich i would rather function over fashion. the integrated appliances look great but odds are eventually, something will break or stop working or just new technology will come out and its so complicated to fix or replace. there are plenty of multimillion dollar houses with the insane tvs that come out of the ceiling or something but they arent 4k or they arent oled cause they cant be replaced without totally remaking everythig around it. sorry for ranting i hate integrated appliances
integrated appliances have standard sizes and are fixed with a few screws. So it's pretty easy to remove/ replace them.

The kitchen is beautiful, big props to Malena for the design. I absolutely love the cabinet color. I would watch so much of Malena's youtube content if she ever makes that channel.
I honestly liked the original design more. Maybe they didnt turn on all the lights or something? But the new one looks like a teacher's lounge.

@@tommen4097 No, the house in this video was built with a different kitchen, then Malena decided that they needed a different layout for streaming and had someone remodel it.

Hmmm I was planning on selling my huge house in Spring and getting two smaller ones so I could rent one out and live in the other. But the idea of transforming the upstairs into an apartment also sounds like a good idea. But I'm just worried renters will burn the house down or some other disaster.

60k $ is around half a mil in norweigan, their kitchen seemed to go for about at MOST 100k Nok aka around 10k$
