Conditioner is usually the second step to hair washing. While shampoo is formulated specifically to clean off sweat, dead skin cells, and hair products, conditioner makes hair softer and easier to manage. It also protects hair shafts from damage.
Your hair needs this step in your hair wash routine for a nourished and smooth texture.
Today I'm sharing few mistakes that you should avoid while using a hair conditioner and how you can correct them and get full benefit from a hair conditioner.
Also, I've shared a correct way to use a conditioner. Hope you find this video helpful.

My doubt is that conditioners are not supposed to be used on scalp so if we will make bun, it(conditioner) will surely touch the roots.

Yes it does touch the scalp but not THAT much compared to directly applying it on the scalp.

Use curd as conditioner massage for 2 min. all over your scalp and full length of hairs and rinse with normal water its an indian ayurvadic treament for all problems of hairs

To reduce hair fall, have a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I changed my shampoo, hair conditioner and hair oil to littellextra coconniooon one year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.

GUYS!!! Everyone doesn't need conditioner, know your hair type, if you have extremely dry unmanageable hair then only use conditioner but i better recommend you to use DIY because conditioner seriously damaged my hair, my hair type is naturally silky straight hair so when i used after few months my hair started to get damaged and looked lifeless but once i stopped using igot my beautiful healthy hair back, i just recommend DIY's even for dry hair or else for some it can be seriously damaging just use a good shampoo which free from harmful chemicals (To be honest she's but wrong for me)

I always prefer hot oil treatment on my scalp
Aur length mein bhi oil laga leti hun
Mujhe conditioner ki jarurat nhi hoti h

L'Oreal Paris Moisture Sealing Conditioner which is of Rs. 169 and is also great.
You can also try flaxseed gel & natural aloevera gel mixture on your hair and leave it for 30 mins to 1 hr and wash it after shampooing your hair.

I think because you guys have small hair so you don't need it because if you apply it will go straight to your scalp which damages your hair and causes hair fall so I think no you shouldn't

@@YashRaj-ck4jo maybe you should try to bend your head all the way down and then apply conditioner only at upper hair and not on scalp but I think still conditioner will go to your scalp but lesser than before

Yes you can but if you wash yourhair daily with shampoo then only.. I'll suggest don't wash your hair daily just wash them alternate days at least
