I am loving that this is a series of videos where each run builds on the previous ones. Meta-progression is more obvious in some games than others, but this feels more like trying to beat your previous time on a racing game or going for a new high score.
Only thing I hate is my floor 15 boss is accidentally too damn strong with summons, and floor 30 is almost the same build but stronger...

Videos great! But Sifd, you're missing out on a TON of great cards by not getting them to rare/legendary status, most cards gain additional effects when leveling, attack combo is SO BROKEN at legendary status... Also, you should save 3 coin cards to get extra coins and if you really wanna have some fun ABSOLUTELY try out the legendary coin card, it is the MOST FUN thing to build with in this game.

As someone who likes archery, the icon for the bow ability grinds my gears. The hand seems to hold the arrow in an utterly stupid position, where it won't lift of because it's fixed between hand/fingers and bow.
One thing you should do when you already have a build is to save the 2nd reward of every card so you only need 8 cards to make it legendary as you can open the reward for the last card.
Great video by the way! I was struggling with what I thought was a crazy golem build I made and beat it with, died a bunch of times trying to beat it, then made this build you showed here and then just smashed through it in seconds. No way I'm beating this build moving forward though 😂😂

I wonder how much of a hard time you'll have beating this build XD. My hardest to beat builds were a similar to this one and a curse build.
@@omdzsful the way this works (and a really cool concept tbh) is as you choose a character, make a build and go through the floors, you'll reach a boss at some point on a certain floor. Once you beat that CPU boss, it sends you back to the character select screen and the character and build you used to beat that floor, becomes the new boss for that floor in your next playthrough. So, like the video above, some of the bosses he's fighting are his previous builds that reached that floor.
Once you beat your old character and build with your new character/build, you progress further into the floors until you hit a new CPU boss. You beat that CPU boss and the process continues until you beat it with every character.
Once you beat it with a character, you can't use that character again in your next playthrough, but the game gives you lots of opportunities to make OP builds with any character

@@mrclean2022 Strongest build I made and the one I cleared the game with was a demon build:
Started out as a rogue with bear and fire aura, switched to shield burst + shield regen aura + 2 presents asap, added like 3 or 2 legendary coins to the build and demon form. The basis of the build is nature 7, rogue 7, and warlock 5 but it literally has every single trait active with at least one level. Presents will often summon minions, with warlock 5 that's a LOT of minions, demon form would often eat 30-40 minions making my character so tanky and big that I could only see their feet and shield burst's is based on character size for AoE and health for dmg. I'd often clear an entire floor without even being able to see the mobs.
I do not think this demon build is beatable.

Next run, sifd builds a tank to survive a god sword.
I created a golem Boss that i cant defeat. The thing is: golems are off screen big. The boss itself has a revive that makes him immune after revive, to cast ANOTHER pack of immortal golems. Even if i manage to kill boss itself twice, i cant even scrap a single golem. And btw i deleveled that boss just before last room. At full power... Man i dont know.

Where does the tankiness of the boss that used to be your character come from? This build should be beatable as it has little defense, but when it becomes the boss, it has much higher defense. Seems like the 'problem' build is a huge offense character, which will then get un-earned defense as the boss, making it super deadly.
hey Sifd, try getting a coin to level 3 for some secret OP strats
You'll need the Soul Stone in the future to fight every new boss, then sell the Soul Stone against the dragon
Now that I have played for a while I have been noticing that my seconds per frame have been pretty good despite nesting summons :P
Watching sifd trash the 165% damage bonus from consecutive bladestorms via attack combo was physically painful.

But Siiiiiiiiiifd - You already barely focus on Your build - having more cards will make it even harder to focus on builds.
That would most likely need serious rebalancing, or shop gen overhaul.
But that wanna-buy arrow highlighty stuff would make it more fun to play.

I found rogue to be pretty good, but you need really good RNG. And your level compared to floor is not that important. I have been 10 levels under and was killing easily. I have also been the same level and died.
