Let me show you how to make a circular saw using an Angle grinder. I made a simple attachment in the angle grinder using plywood and door hinges to convert the angle grinder to a circular saw. It works well.

Great idea but wouldn't the thickness of the nuts your holding the two screws with cause the wooden plate you used for the grinder not be setting flush on the wooden board your cutting with it?

A Circular saw blade should NEVER be used in an angle grinder. If it bites the wood the tool will jump at any direction, and it will keep spinning, because it has neither a brake or a trigger. Only angle grinder disks should be used. VERY DANGEROUS
