The easiest and most aromatic Homemade Fig marmalade with whole fresh figs and lemon balm. Fig marmalade is one of our favorite jams that we make every summer with fresh figs from our fig tree. The jam is very easy to make as there is no need to mash the figs, just clean them and cut them in half. The lemon balm gives a wonderful lemony aroma to the marmalade and makes it stand out!
