    "Will it Run?".......I bet it would. VERY intact machine. Nice.

    Wow, this is just the way most of us, would ike to find a 35 /40year old digger....sleeping in a sunlit glade, straight as a dye, none of its innards hanging out, with a pleasant patina of grime and algae probably covering a machine that wil scrub up well and be very handy for the next 20 years plus if treated with the care she's recived in the past. Looks to be of the same design and build concept as the 15 to 22 ton Fiat hitachis very popular in Europe back then, and still useful now, due to lack of electrical complexity.

    Looks like that boom has had the classical "fish plating" treatment.

    Wish I could find a little packman Cat like that. Would be a perfect farm machine. Not to big. Not to small.

    The machine is clean don’t mean physically, the machine isn’t beat to hell. The cat walks are straight the side panels not stoved in. Good old machine for somebody that has acreage. Could be a starter unit for people that want to rent an excavator but they don’t have any experience lol.

    Thoes are good old machines. I had a couple of them and still have one. With good batteries they start on the first click of the switch.

    You are correct these were European machines ,they came standard with the 3304 engine.the 215 used D4E size undercarriage components.

      @TheRatshooter 3 года назад

      Yes, for sure a 3300 series. Oil cooler and filter bracket correct. Also side view and soft plugs in cyl head. I'm unsure about all the locations these engines were built though, I'll defer to your knowledge.

      @@Joelontugs sounds interesting!,just film super slow and no quick movements,like your carrying a glass filled to the brim.3 min per machine is best
