Because I have spent all night watching interviews Patrick did for his album and in EVERY ONE Patrick always mentions how the album 'style' is something that's always been there and how some people expected a FOB-esque album and how if there hadn't been FOB, there wouldn't be 'solo' album talk it would just Patrick Stump making an album instead of 'that guy from Fall Out Boy going solo' and he's obviously SO happy that someone finally got it so THANK YOU!
This is my favourite Soul Punk interview by far; She's actually engaging Patrick in the not-so-generic questions (“do you miss Fall Out Boy?”) I could actually sense the comfortable air around him, he just seemed okay :)

Here from 2024 i hope he is happy with he is doing in his band and i hope he is not disappointed at what he did with solo. I love him❤
