I love this series the interaction between u is a delight. It reminds me teaching my daughter to cook however at least u give measurements recipes I know well as I am sure many folk do u measure by eye ie a shake of this, smidgen of that and oh have that left ibn fridge fling that in lol.. My daughter use go MUM specify a smidgen... We now have a Mums smidgen cookbook and a Yasmine correctly measured cookbook lordy did I make many disasters, working my smidgen s into ounces and mls. Now she is older hmmm who uses the smidgen book now. Fish looks as usual devine. :)

One suggestion instead of water into paste, you can also add oil. Very good dish
