I love the simple, and yet different look of the furniture. Great home mod. Thanks for the video Febrith.

Not decorated enough for my taste however LOVE the crafting table- reminds me of what they just did in ESO. Great vid as usual!❤

I now realized it's something outside of the game that makes it zoomed in :D Like your recording/editing software!
Look at options at 1:45, I'm guess you see all of them but we dont, thought it was your fov at first xD

I actually really liked it, love the clean neat lines. I am disappointed immersion wise though. No toilet, no kitchen sink, no way to cook. Febrith ty for your amazing Skyrim real estate videos, you are my fave!

Yes shame about the bathroom facilities! But you can cook on that amazing worktable :))

@@FebrithDarkstartrue but while I adore the amazing work table it lacks immersion as far as the cooking. In real life you couldn’t cook on a work table with no visible heat source. And too far from my kitchen. I like things as realistic as possible.

I really like this home!! The thought put into this project is just amazing. I want that work table in all my homes, no more smelter smoke, releases so much room for other things!! The end tables absolutely belong in Skyrim!! Thank you for all your hard work and time!! Btw, tough day for me and your line about tight pants made me just laugh!! It was a much needed, thank you Feb!!

I've got your Skyrim videos playing back to back to back in the studio. Enchanting voice, wonderful content, keep up the great work!

Definitely not my cup o' tea, but having Feb's voice over makes me watch the whole video.

Wow. This is a good example of a completely military outpost tower. Simple, utilitarian, and defensible. I would have liked a cookpot & spit (for stew/porridge & game) and an oven (for bread), because you need to keep your soldiers fed. A latrine (military loo 🤣) would also be a necessity. I appreciate the layout and the tower commander's quarters.
Overall I like it well enough to include it in my lineup, especially if you send 3-4 followers there to man it properly.
    Cheers, Feb!

We can't complain about minimalism in vanilla homes anymore.

  • @antiquegeek
    @antiquegeek 11 месяцев назад +1

Some might see this build as "vanilla" but I see it as austere and businesslike. This is an edge of the frontier fort made for work,. The choice of wall decoration is somewhat ...terminal, but in my mind's eye, I imagine a side room where the rest of the giant is standing so he can stick his head through and, at just the right moment, growl and turn his head with a horrid grimace to scare visitors. A much-anticipated source of amusement for the rest of his rough and tough companions in the guard. This is probably the sort of dining hall where flatulence and belching are not only to be expected but are encouraged with loud guffaws and spirited back-slapping bordering on assault and battery.

If it was a bit more customized/customizable via an actual building process, I'd be down with it. Sort of bland overall, although there's a lot of potential and a few cool custom objects, maybe they'll take a bit more time and decorate it more in the future..

I'm surprised you didn't just go "Nah, I don't like it," after the dining hall and march back out the door. "Don't like it, end of video!" 😂

I like it it. It is rather masculine but I'm okay with that. The crafting table was my favorite thing in there! Needed plants and soils🫤.

No cooking, no oven, no outside clutter, and very bare bones decor. Not a fan of this one at all.

Hehe fair enough - don't forget the crafting table though, you can cook there as I realised later!
