Seriously underrated. This is beautiful on ALL levels. N.Flying is the most VISUAL K-band - I WILL FIGHT anyone who says otherwise. They are all beautiful. But this MV really show-cased the members in the best light. Swoon-worthy. The song itself is the perfect song to listen to bring that ANGST level to the N-th level. Must recommend to all fanfic writers, hormonal women who want a good cry. I mean COME ON. There are no English CCs but my chest hurts already. Either this song is a win or I have a chest-buster in me. The instrumentals are so stripped back but artfully so. I wonder who their producer was, because THIS is a triumph. The mix is very different from their older stuff. Hun's guitar-playing is nuanced and crisp. They put it forward a lot. Jae's rhythm is laid back but purposeful. Kwangjin's bass-line really grounds you. I wish it stood out more at parts because he had some beautiful runs. UGH. The vocals. I have said this before but the Seung-seung juxtaposition of voices is MASTERPIECE. Seunghyub's voice is like melted butter. Hweseung's voice is really soaring! Put those two together and you've got eargasm. I want to cry at the injustice that this song is not doing better. COME ON.

Even though I'm over a year late, I'm so happy I've now found this song. The lyrics are absolutely stunning! The way I understand it, the protagonist is using a flower as a metaphor for the person he loves ("you're like a flower") and when they are faced with a harsh reality, he worries for his flower rather than himself. In this situation he sings to the cruel world not to step on his flower, because even though he feels powerless he still wants to protect the one he loves. And the ending scene with the blooming flower in the middle of the otherwise barren land made me feel somewhat optimistic that the protagonist was successful in his quest. I'm not even going to bother commenting on their sound or their vocals, because the quality of this track speaks for itself.
An exol here, this band is amazing. In general I am getting to know the FNC artists, they are amazing, especially this one. This song has become one of my most fav korean songs. Huge respect for this band. Seunghyub and hweseung are a perfect vocal combination.
