I remember when this movie came out, me and group of friends went to watch it and as soon as the scene with this music played, hogwarts in ruins and the characters you've known and grown to love over the years fighting for their lives, there wasn't a dry eye in the room.
Fr man watching this in theaters when it released was insane. The music perfectly encapsulates what I feel like watching hogwarts being destroyed like that.
Never going to forget the theater I was in during the ending scenes of Part 2, especially when Harry "dies" and goes up to King's Cross. It was DEAD silent. Everyone was invested.
There’s the possibility that these movies could be remade in a few years. My biggest issue with that is that I can’t see these characters being played by anyone else.

But then you grow up, and learn that there is much more, a whole castle which you can refer to as "home". And the older you grow, the more you discover of it, learn the joys you can have there, but also get to know it's dark sides. And there will eventually be a day, that will challenge you, a day, on which you think your darkest parts got you. But if you fight for Hogwarts, your home, your friends, everything important for you, you will finally succed. Thanks J.K. For teaching us things that we should already know. Hogwarts will always be my home. Thank you.

Chrispee Bacon Ummm no it isn't. The entire series is about how love is the most powerful magic, that it can even conquer death. Rowling has even said this herself. Lilys love for him protected him from Voldermort time and time again. Harry's love for his friends protected his friends from Voldemort, and it was Snape's love for Lily that protected Harry from beginning to end. No matter how powerful Voldemort became, as the master of death, the ultimate duelist, with the ability to come back from the dead by splitting his soul - his power would never match Harry's, because Harry had love. That was the whole damn point of the series. Voldemort could not see Snape's true loyalties because he did not understand love, he dismissed it time and time again and was defeated by love. BAM.

This is so beautifully poignant. From 1:01 to 1:37, the music is so innocently beautiful that I felt like I was thrown into the very first film, Sorcerer's Stone. The magic of walking into the Great Hall, the wonder, the splendor ! So much overwhelming happiness into entering a new world with magnificent opportunities. Hogwarts was the first home for Harry, the only place besides the Burrow where he had been truly happy. This soundtrack conveys all that longing and the stern decisiveness to protect the beloved home of hundreds of students and staff from the Dark forces. Truly beautiful ❤️
All of this time, every single action, it all has been leading up to this moment. The final battle. The point of no return. The time where they all figure out if they were strong enough. The time where sacrifices are made, and old rivalries vanquished. The time where everyone unites, and are willing to lay down their lives for one another. This is Hogwarts, the school of witches and wizards that will not give in to evil.

You should see a bulge in her stomach when you're pregnant. And Harry doesn't act like who he was in the movies. And another thing... The ending to Deathly Hallows was good enough. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were just standing there, reminicent of their famous trio. And their kids going to Hogwarts like they did in their first year. So, I don't see Cursed Child as a good book or even canon to the HP Universe. One more thing, the script book didn't do so well, so there wouldn't be another movie of it.

I don't know why this music always makes me cry. I miss everything so much. I read the books because of movies. Movies did had a lot of contribution in popularity of books world wide. I love books, books characters. But I love the cast of movies too a lot. They will always be my favorite, my preference, each and every one of them. They brought the characters to life. For me, I will never accept reboot, remakes of these films in any form. Even in TV. I miss Daniel Radcliffe, as Harry Potter. The star power and charisma he brought as Harry is unmatched. I wish makers had shown finale battle exactly as in books. I miss Fred, Prof Lupin and Tonks. N I miss Snape

Yes, but only because I was quite young when I watched the movies and I wasn’t really able to read such long books (aside from the first 3 I guess). I did end up reading them with my dad though, but that was years ago and I should probably read them again, because they’re fantastic books

Chrispee Bacon Ummm no it isn't. The entire series is about how love is the most powerful magic, that it can even conquer death. Rowling has even said this herself. Lilys love for him protected him from Voldermort time and time again. Harry's love for his friends protected his friends from Voldemort, and it was Snape's love for Lily that protected Harry from beginning to end.
No matter how powerful Voldemort became, as the master of death, the ultimate duelist, with the ability to come back from the dead by splitting his soul - his power would never match Harry's, because Harry had love. That was the whole damn point of the series. Voldemort could not see Snape's true loyalties because he did not understand love, he dismissed it time and time again and was defeated by love.

@@arimmon7702 The book wasn't that good. The characters are too bland and many things were impossible. Like, how was Bellatrix able to keep Delphi in her belly? You should see a bulge in her stomach when you're pregnant. And Harry doesn't act like who he was in the movies. And another thing... The ending to Deathly Hallows was good enough. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were just standing there, reminicent of their famous trio. And their kids going to Hogwarts like they did in their first year. So, I don't see Cursed Child as a good book or even canon to the HP Universe.
One more thing, the script book didn't do so well, so there wouldn't be another movie of it.

I don't know why this music always makes me cry. I miss everything so much. I read the books because of movies. Movies did had a lot of contribution in popularity of books world wide. I love books, books characters. But I love the cast of movies too a lot. They will always be my favorite, my preference, each and every one of them. They brought the characters to life. For me, I will never accept reboot, remakes of these films in any form. Even in TV. I miss Daniel Radcliffe, as Harry Potter. The star power and charisma he brought as Harry is unmatched. I wish makers had shown finale battle exactly as in books. I miss Fred, Prof Lupin and Tonks. N I miss Snape
