Nice video with just the internal sounds.
My issue is there are so much more to this sampler pad which no one ever shows.
Configuration with external pads. The use of an added hihat and kick drum where drummers can expand there possibilities for example.
How 4 assignable outputs can be implemented when only the main L & R is used.
Click track assignment.
Loading time of presets and use of usb samples.
The Alesis Multi pad pro is amazing with vast amount of built in sounds and setups. But it would be great to show it’s external possibilities.

Thanks for making this video, nice one! I just got mine a few weeks ago, loving it, great addition to my home studio set up! I have a question... I've noticed that most of the factory samples have an 'a' and a 'b' version, for example kick drum sample '26RKing a' and the next sample is '26RKing b'... my question is do you know what the difference is between the a and the b sample? They sound very similar if not identical to me... is it meant to be left hand right hand or something? Or is b meant to be a ghost note? Many thanks is advance!

Great demo! Towards the end when you demo'ed the Multiside Snare (pad grouping, more velocity layers) you aceived some very realistic dynamics... is this straight out of the box or did you have to make specific settings to acheive these dynamics? I've heard that if you use the Strike Multipad as a midi controller for Superior Drums for example, one can play with better and more realistic dynamis... can you confirm this? Mamy thanks! :)

looking for a multipad to tap tempo on a pad and start loops (16th note tambourine in random songs mainly) spd-30 or the Alesis strike???

I really wanted to see the load times between kit changes. Nice video but I wish you hadn't edited the load times out of the video. Again, nice video though and thanks for sharing it with us.
Hi, we measured them between one and four seconds, depending on the kit.

The hi hat will be limited but usable (not as good as a drum module)
What is your impression so far.. it's a very nice machine right? It has so many very good things on paper. Are the pads noisy plastic or soft and silent? They look to be the latter

how to change latency settings in alesis strike multipad?i am having latency issues.I mean i am getting quite late response. as i change from one preset file to another,its taking time.so how to fix that.and also tell me about the latency settings too
I’m considering buying this or the Alesis. Can this unit be used like I drum kit? I’m hoping to get a yes or no answer to this question. I specifically need to know if you can connect a hi hat pedal and play a hi hat sound like a hi hat... open, half open, and closed.

This thing is like a toy it has sounds and features ony a kid would like not like a profesional instrument just like this guy playing with it just making ramdom sounds ...lol. i have one and im very dsapointed i woul not recomend buying one
But you can load whatever other sounds you want on there..
