From what I remember, Yun-Seong was the character in this game that was most capable of fulfilling the conditions for a Critical Finish simply from a certain guard-break combo you could do with him, because in most other situations in matches in this game, there was very little chance of it happening.
It'll be more surprising when you perform the Critical Finish on the last enemy. Believe me, I have seen that trick before. The animation remains the same, but the music will play differently.
