He started to prioritize his income and his income only, while others suffered for months
Taylor was more interested in kissing up to Paramount Studios and 101Studios ideas on creating more and more Spinoffs. Sheridan couldn't write the scripts for Yellowstone because he was to busy holding hands with Paramount Studios and 101 Studios for New Shows Spinoffs from Yellowstone and then Reiner runover for by Snowplow on the verge of dying months in the hospital

In all his years in the business, when have you ever heard Costner being the source of any drama? Paramount backed Sheridan because he has multiple projects on the go with them and they've been very successful so I get that they want to protect that but not the expense of another man's reputation.

I've always known that this was not true being a fan of Kevin's from Jake to John he is not a quitter he has always given his best, and I've always believed in him. Taylor has great stories but never finishes anything. Shame on all of you that, though the worst of Kevin 💔

Always suspected Sheridan was spreading himself way to thin with new series coming out . 1883. 1923 , Bass Reeves and new native American drama. Have been a fan of Costners basically since Dances with Wolves and shade being thrown against him really didn't reflect actor i have watched for 40+ years being impeccable professional professional.
Costner's reputation saved him but it is still so shady for Sheridan to spread such rumors about him
I always new this to be the truth as Kevin Costner is a scollar & a gentleman & has never once let anyone down on any movie, because he has wrote ,produced & managed most of his own movies, So i think Shitty Sheridan should be made pay up in a court of law mainly for definition of character against Kevin Costner, Sheridan has never Finnished anything & i hope he gets whats coming to him & he ends up broke & loosing everything like the bum he truly is !!! Idk I sorta believe that Sheridan has failed to continue to right for Yellowstone. He has a lot of other shows he’s paying attention too. Too him. Yellowstone isn’t his top priority. He’s failing his cast members and preferably his fans. After 14 months he couldn’t finish writing the second half of season 5 with in one week? AND they were planning to have 7 seasons!! Come on; the story would’ve finished perfectly if they’d release the finishing product by the 7th season. Honestly he’s letting us all down

What i don't understand is kevin is listed as an executive producer on the series, so why are they over-looking that and plus what was happening in his private life, bet me if their wives or husbands went thru what he did, they would want some time to deal with it.

I always did think that "why would Kevin Costner piss on a role that was basically meant for him and was wery good at for 4.5 seasons.".. I have been a fan since Dances with wolves and Prince of thieves. Naturally, even this narrator does not know what is really happening, but as taylor sheridan and his team is writing for multiple shows.. I would guess Jealousy, Money and Sex. As apparently sheridan is not a professional.
It was out of character for Costner to leave the series. And now, everything makes sense
