I am finding it difficult to use piezotomr tips for lower molar extractions I mean tooth are not luxating as I am not able to penetrate the tips properly..kindly give a solution for this
Hi Dem! My interpretation was that the peizon is one extra tool/skill - alongside luxators and sectioning. Ultimately if a molar has divergent roots, it will need s path of exit (sectioning) IMO

as we learned from this ep, not all piezons are equal - which model is it?
So if i use the piezon on an upper first or second molar, i dont have to separate the roots?
