Hi, Jaz! Recently came over your podcast and I enjoy your enthusiasm. I noticed: When you are sharing your screen it does not show in your RUclips videos. What platform do you recommend for watching your podcasts?

Hi jaz. I always somehow avoided sectioning tooth. But your video reached me at the right time. The next day i got a case 26 which was firm and wasn't moving at all. Once I sectioned it, just for few seconds.. it was a breeze extracting it . Thanks

Wisdomtooth surgery is hard, but interesting.

    Hey Jas! Hope you’re well.
I’ve been really enjoying your podcasts and picked up 3 NSK angled hand pieces for wisdom teeth after your recommendation.
The problem is the burs keep getting stuck/jammed in after surgery, and with one of them, the bearings have just completely gone.
I’ve been using them with an NSK SurgicPro 2 motor at 40,000RPM with irrigation, but I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong?
Would really appreciate some advice on this 😅

hey buddy! hmm - the burs can at times be a little tough to remove but not impossible - and I've yet to have bearings gone (which is inevitable and will happen and need servicing) but probably not doing the volume of wizzies as you.
NSK usually have a good customer support I would defo check with your national/local rep as to why thats happening
      All the best!

If there is any hint of superimposition on a periapical/panoramic, I'm taking a CBCT. I am taking no chances with an untreatable complication.

I find fat patients difficult. They have large cheeks and it's difficult to handle.

yes that excess adipose and a large tongue can really increase complexity!
