Not exactly. The Schwarzschild radius of of human is roughly 10^-23m. More that the Planck Length: 10^-35m. So a black hole would be able to form. Considering there's also lots of other mass around like air and of course the entire Aperture Science facility (not to mention the planet), I think it would be more than enough to sustain a black hole for longer than any of us would be around. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Headcanon: The portal gun was originally able to do this under normal circumstances but the scientists removed the feature because subjects kept killing themselves with it before they actually got around to doing any tests
this would be pretty interesting if it were actual canon, but whenever you die with the portal gun it removes the portals, meaning the portal gun gets destroyed and body of the subject either gets fused with the surface the portals were on, or they get eaten by the portal gun, which has a miniature black hole in it, so it would probably eat everything on earth... wait how did none of the prototype portal guns break and kill everyone on earth? Its been over 50000 years since the first portal gun was made in canon, is it implied that a portal gun has never been destroyed in that amount of time?

It’s still a quality video, I believe that’s why they titled it as an experiment.

Makes me wonder, if the two panels are positioned closely, to where you are standing on your own shoulders, would you continue falling, or would you stop?
Maybe you would put your own weight on your shoulders (push yourself down with the same force as your legs pushing you up) therefore causing you to continue falling but really that's something to think about.
@Samuel Skala it would squash out of the portal, and any material outside of the portal would be severed. As a result the once human mush is now a wafer stacked Inbetween itself, perfectly filling the portal with no air resistance accept around the gap between the portals, so minimal, resulting in massive speeds.

The way portals work on a technical level is that they all have a hit box behind them that turns off collision. Without that hitbox, you'd never be able to enter a portal because you'd collide with the wall immediately behind it. As you pass through a portal, your position instantly snaps to the other one and now collision checked again on that side. Effectively, this allows you to pass through a "hole in the wall" but come out of another "hole in the wall" seamlessly. You won't normally end up in that no-collision box behind the Portal. It's only there so the game's physics don't stop you from walking through the portal. In the vanilla game, portals cannot usually be created on moving surfaces except in very controlled environments. This is because passing through a portal while it's moving could cause confusion with collision detection. You might reach the collision at the back of the hitbox, thus slowing your fall and ruining the fact that momentum is supposed to be conserved between portals. What's happening in this video is a demonstration of that. The portal you come out of is moving downward. You're normally supposed to snap to a position just outside the collision behind the portal, but that collision is still in the process of moving as you appear at the portal, so you end up clipping into it which slows your decent. Then, at the end, the portals overlap. As you pass through one portal, you're warped to the other which leads right back into the first. There isn't enough space in the no collision area for you to occupy, so the game behaves as it normally would with you getting stuck between any two surfaces. Essentially, you're passing through through portal that warps you out of bounds. You also have a bunch of other Bendy Stickmans occupying the same space as you. (The ones visible through the portals) that leads to a large field of black obscuring your vision. Of course, this same thing could also happen with other character models besides Bendy like Chell, Atlas, or P-Body.

So how do you build this? I tried it with my own test chamber (map editor) but you can't build extendable platforms with portable surfaces. Only way I could do it is with the normal extendable platforms from the editor and the cheat command which lets you build portals everywhere.... But it's quite buggy and doesn't work as shown in the video. Is there some kind of mod you use for that?
I didn’t build this myself, literally searched it up in the community chambers, this is completely done unmodded btw, I’ll go look for the name of the chamber now and put it in the description and how to load up this chamber yourself.
This map wasn't made using the in-game map editor. This will have been made using Hammer (the Portal 2 Authoring Tools). There's a server command along the lines of "sv_allow_movable_portals" (can't remember exactly) that allows portals to move.

What if you were to drop a smaller portal into a slightly bigger portal? The portal would have to somehow come out of itself, tearing apart the object of which the portal is standing on. That is my guess of what would happen :) im not acting smart or anything im just curiois
