He not only pulled trucks and planes, he did it better than anyone in history. He was a freak, real superhuman. No other strongman in history had his shape, his muscles like bodybuilder and at the same time strenght like Hercules. He was DOMINATING, winning almost always by big numbers, there is no doubt about luck, he always was so ahead with points in his competitions. His biggest rival, Zydrunas Savickas, who is considered to be the best strongman of all time.... has never won with Mariusz, he transfered to another division, because he could not compete at the level Mariusz was in World's strongest man. I doubt that there will be another human capable of pulling Marusz's feats ever again. Even The Mountain or Eddie Hall would loose against Mariusz in WSM events.

First off, its good you are watching him. He is considered the 2nd greatest strongman in the world.
But you are missing out on a lot of context. Like some of those stones he was lifting weigh 400 lbs. And I think that squat apparatus was 600 lbs. Those logs he was lifting weigh 300-360 lbs.

Traditionally, there was little or no money in "strong man" competitions. It's more a matter of pride. Lately however, these guys are raking in MILLIONS - thanks to the internet and social media. They get their money from endorsements, selling products (mugs, t-shirts), and simply getting "views" on social media platforms. Check out Brian Shaw and Hafthor Bjornsson. He played the "mountain" on Game of Thrones. He's 6'9" and weighs in at about 440 lbs (although he's recently trimmed down for a boxing match.

You have to realize, that there`s no health in super heavy weightlifting.
Sooner ore later your spine and joints will let you know. That is why many strongmen are trying to transfer to acting, boxing, MMA etc just to keep their body intact.

He lost weight and transitioned into MMA.
He could never wins Arnolds Strongman Classic though. If you want to see other legends check out Zydrunas Savickas and Brian Shaw. Both 4x Worlds Strongest Man and both multiple Arnolds winners. Zydrunas is widely considered the greatest strongman of all time.
Strongmen didn't earn much back then but it's getting better, particularly with lucrative sponsorships with fitness equipment manufacturers or supplement companies.

Is a 3 month old video your latest? An honest question. Where do you sign up for a paid membership or what ever you call it. Are you even still doing reactions.

Marius was nearly unbeatable in the World's Strongest man...5x champion, then retired. I mean, what else is there to prove?

I wouldn't dream of knocking the achievements of Pudzianowski, but all his titles were won during a time when worlds strongest man was as much about speed and endurance as raw strength. i dont think he would have won in the latest years of worlds. i think it shows in his lower placing at the Arnold's he was just never the strongest guy on the stage. still one of the best ever strength athletes though.

There is also the argument that after the '04 split , most of the WSM elite's went to IFSA and Pudz was left competing against the younger and ''weaker'' guys which made it easier for him.
