Also i guess the paladin was did dirty here a bit, as it does look very lacking on its own but things change the second you add other variables, such as numbers, upgrades, passive buffs ( strategy center ) and how it plays along with other units, especially the avenger. Also it renders most missile based attacks useless with its PDL, i dont know if it still has the ability to one shot infantry that gets to close with its PDL like its vanilla counterpart, but the repair drone is plenty anti infantry, that and it can safely go crush infantry due to it not shooting its maingun and instead firing its coaxial machinegun instead, so you dont get situations where you kill your own tank thats being attacked by your other tanks for trying to crush the infantry. Though I think the Jagdpanzer should be the strongest 1 on 1 considering it's completely specialized for that and is much less versatile. I think it should be given a resistence against shells so that you need missiles to take them down and can't really overpower them with tank collumns.
@@MrMarinus18 That would make them too op, the ECA has a countermeasure for missiles.
@@gautheuil6210 I don't think so because the Jagdpanzer can't really damage building or infantry. It also is slow to engage since it's slow moving and has no turret so you can go around it and if you don't have other units with it the Jagdpanzer can turn fairly useless. But it should be a unit where you can't win by throwing tanks at it head-on.
I wish I could play without the weird water borders on the side of my screen. None of the other mods I use for generals does it and it is very very annoying.
Why not Sentinel? Golem is the advanced tank for General Alexandr, not the regular advanced tank
Yeah I guess the balance is that usa is suppose to have the better air power and indirect firepower
Giving the tanks an anti-infantry machine gun that does absolutely nothing to infantry?
its more of a "lore " reason actually but yea those coax machine guns suck a lot they deal 1 dmg literally 1 dmg i suppose russian one is a small bit better since it deals i think uhh 2 -3 dmg but yea the machine guns are there bc they have lore really lol if you want then i can give you the 2 lore ones i know about
@@RuzgarYldrm-zj9ecI’m interested, I wanna know the lore behind this
@@artyom1264 the usa ones suck because of the isolationist laws and in order to reduce friendly fire the russian ones suck because ( as far as i know ) since they declared war on the european faction they got blocked from buying the good machine guns that and the russians wanted a machine gun that can shoot helicopters and stuff but in order to do that they needed the machine gun to aim higher which meant they had to reduce the machine guns caliber severly thats the lore i know although could be false ofc
@@RuzgarYldrm-zj9ec wow, i never knew that, it’s so cool
The Jagtmammut feels very underpowered considering it's supposed to be a anti-armor specialist. I would think it should be able to beat the others in one on one battle but the others are more versatile.
That's probably because it's a horrible idea to send a Jagd alone, it's best used as a Support unit with Leopards distracting the enemy, it's Piercing ability can also be potentially nasty against Tank blobs or lines (which is VERY common) especially in larger numbers
@@Randomgamer-di3ow I think it would be a lot more interesting if the Jagt punishes those that sent tanks in on their own. That they can cost effectively beat every tank in the game. But deal pretty much no damage to infantry and substandard damage to light vehicles.
AWESOME
the overlord is an ovelord for a reason and if he used the emperor none of them will be able to compete
Long range artilery comparision please
Huh strange - music of ECA and eva of GLA?
Dam the Paladin really needs some work on
Especially considering how the US is gonna get an armor general and for a tank with the lore designation "M1A4" youd think it would be able to deal with the scrap pile of a Marauder
This is set in the Generals timeline, where the US withdrew into isolation and stopped getting resource imports from other countries. As such they couldn't field the Abrams as it is in our world.
It's also a video game, and it would be busted if the US had the best base infantry, best tanks, and best air.
@@spikem5950 Actually the Paladin is the direct replacement of the Abrams or to be more correct in the lore it is a modified version of the Abrams. Also the US does still have the best infantry in the game, ranger still just about claps every other infantry in the game quite reliably (unless its a felin with venom protocol and inside a garrisson) and dont forget about the Seal, pathfinder, enforcer and vanguard. That and i do agree if the Paladin was even more potent it would make the US faction too OP.
@@Frost-01 I said they couldn't field the Abrahms as it is in our world, as in, the Paladin is lower quality than IRL Abrahms due to the state of the US in universe and balance reasons. Not that the Paladin isn't the Abrahms.
And yeah, the Paladin is pretty good when you factor in other variables. It's just not the most OP thing in the world like in the real world.
The Tank Destroyer and Marauder are actually more similar than the rest. The Paladin is just a powerful Crusader
Vruh i need a control bar for rise of the reds mod
0:03 mah wall paper lolz
Make video that compare the helicopter of each faction
I can only watch these clips since I am a baboon who doesn't know how to install C&C and has no idea of modding.
ummm can you link the map?
i thought the manticore was the advanced eca tank
Someone can help me? I have C&C Generals Zero Hour and run very good on my PC, you guys know if the Rise of The Reds mod are so much heavy? Like i can run ROTR with the same hardware to run the original game? I have a notebook with I3 10th generation and 8 gb ram
Do you have the game patched with GenPatcher and do you have GenTool installed? GenPatcher fixes a lot of the issues that allow the game to run more smoothly on modern machines. GenTool does some other fixes too and lets you play online. Try those and see if it runs better.
The main factor of lag in ROTR, especially 1.87, is AI. It always spams units and structures alike, which also have higher poly counts (second main factor of lag) compared to vanilla Zero Hour. AI will be better in 1.9 performance-wise, and it will not cheat blatantly (having cash injections every idk seconds). In multiplayer with no AI, your device should handle well though.
@@Grabacr_KDH thanks your both to the reply
am i the only one think on "power plant test" its just unfair for Jagdmammut since the power plant "repair" itself for some reason?
Корпус от Об. 279 и башня от т-90. Голем - совершенная военная машина
Perfection
anyone else feel like the US' tanks are a bit weak?
They've always been such, even in base generals. It's why you saw humvees so much. A single humvee upgraded with toe and garrisoned with missile defenders could put out the dps of a dozen crusaders or paladins. SImilarly if you had them upgraded with drones and coupled with am ambulance and maybe even avengers then you got a nasty death ball when search and destroy is activated from the strategy center.
I mean there is a reason in the base game no one made them lol
@@thirstyserpent1079 I mean the base game US tanks were pretty great
GLA tanks had no match unless they were fully upgraded.
And overlord were the only thing that were better
But in ROTR they just suck for no reason
21:10 mhm yes "Marader"
Jagdmammut is reasonably cheap for anti-vehicle purposes.
But ECA vehicles are nerfed by being the slowest production speed in the mod.
Jagdmammuts tend to roflstomp lower-tiered vehicles.
Where can I buy it
Russian bias so bold it makes war thunder blush
The music is very familiar!!! Hmmm 🤔👀
How can I get this game
I remember i use chinese tank hunter to destroy Paladin tank i think it works, correct me if im wrong
Correct, the Paladin's laser doesn't intercept their projectiles because the devs made it so that Chinese tank hunters use flak cannons instead of rocket launchers.
Also, why is golem so strong. It should be balanced i guess.
Compare the Air Units.
ruclips.net/video/gRwjUFbFddI/видео.html The building was in repair stance!
tanks are good but the overlord tank, nothing, no matter what tank the overlord have overlord is just one shot by blue bombers and long range unit, sometimes i ask myself why do they include that red dragon in the game, whats that red dragon include there to lose
For sentinel the only thing that can head on with it probably just manticore, unless overlord with bunker with 5 china RPG infantry variant. Even with bunker I think sentinel would still win.
why TF your ROTR have more effects than mine xD
Compare advanced AA units next.
"Fully upgraded" Golem didnt use "Shtora" in final tests.
Because using it would be completely broken for the Golem
Shtora doesn't prevent damages if you micro-manage, as you can still target the ground they stand on.
lol the overloard is mega imballanced unit with its upgrades and specials like speaker tower and buncka XD
30sec build time for the jagdmamut !!!!
This must be changed in the next update , it makes no sense
Nobody talk about Shenlong?
It's not really an Advanced Tank, more like an Advanced Anti-personnel unit
So in this mod Russia is now represented by two whole factions instead of single one as in base game? Cool;)
There is no Russia as faction in base game
Base game:
GLA
USA
China
RotR mod:
Russia
EU

What will happened to Overlord when fighting Sentinel 💀
Stock sentinel vs stock overlord = sentinel wins
Uranium shell overlord vs sentinel = overlord wins
Uranium shell overlord vs reactive armor sentinel = sentinel wins
Against fully upgraded sentinels your overlords need all their upgrades plus horde and speaker tower
Golem is so good imo
You put a lot of effrot into this videos :)

By a Dutch and a German, apparently.

Kinda ridiculous US has the weakest tanks. Couldn’t be further from reality if it tried.
This is set in the Generals timeline, where the US withdrew into isolation and stopped getting resource imports from other countries. As such they couldn't field the Abrams as it is in our world.
It's also a video game, and it would be busted if the US had the best base infantry, best tanks, and best air.
@@spikem5950 I understand that but it’s countered by higher prices across the board. The lore reasons for the US being so weak never sat right with me.
@@MultiGamer20211 It's not our timeline. It's as simple as that. Europe wouldn't fall to a terror organization because all those countries have capable militaries too, but it happened in the context of this game's lore setup.
golem would have won that duel vs the chinese tank if u activated the shtora.
Anything would win any matchup if you made it untargetable. That doesn't help for these testing purposes because it's a foregone conclusion.
Not if a real player is controling the overlord.
Name of the game ? 🥲👋
Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour
Mod: Rise of the Reds
I think the reason why USA tanks is so weak is because of the Airforce and support drone units and also base defensive type unlike China that's offensive type yet their base defence is weak. They make the USA micro intensive.
I hardly win using USA without using drones and stealth bombe.
For the love of god ROTR devs, buff pathfinder please and make SEAL invisible!
Why the fuck are the machine guns on that thanks so useless? xD Arent there mounted to be effective against infantry?
