The original creator has given up ownership to the community so there are lots of variations, but the basic consensus is that Underfell's population compared to Undertale is quite low and everyone has at least some amount of LV. The whole "don't show kindness" kind of aspect branches off of the "kill or be killed" sentiment in terms of kindness being seen as something people can take advantage of and therefore being a weakness. Having weaknesses in a society like that is obviously not great, so more citizens try to appear like they have little sentiment for those around them to protect them. (EX. if Papyrus doesn't look like he cares about Sans, attacking Sans, who objectively has lower HP to get to Papyrus seems useless.) The edgy outfits are based/inspired by the original creator's designs of the characters, to answer the edgy part. TL;DR: underfell looks edgy from the original creator's designs, but since they gave up ownership anyone is free to do whatever. Underfell follows the idea of "Kill or be Killed", and therefore kindness and nice words seem like weaknesses and are avoided. Now that is when you reject his teachings, and call him something;that is something the Holy Spirit Hates (Sin and wicked things he Hates.) This is something you don't want to commit, and avoid the Temptation of doing it at all costs.
Revelations:"But the Fearful, the Unbelieving, ,and the Abominable, and Murderers, and Whoremongers, and Sorcers, and Idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the Lake of Fire which burns either fire and Brimstone." (This is not a metaphor.)
Repent of Sins, each and every one of You! Or you will according to scripture, burn in Hell forever. And it won't be pretty, it will literally be burning in a Lake of Fire.
Godnhates, Sin, repent and trust in lord Jesus, who is THE ONE AND ONLY LORD! And you shall receive the Spirit of God, his will for your life, And Eternal Life.
What do you have to do to get out of Hell?(This is scripture based ^^):
:"Those who believe in His son (Jesus) will Not perish, but have eternal Life."
:"Not everyone who says to me "Lord, Lord." Shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but those who do the Will of MY father who is in Heaven.
:"Many will say to me on that day, "Lord, have we not Prophesied in your Name, Cast out Demons in your Holy Name, and Did many mighty works in your name?" And then i will I will declare to them, "I never knew you. Depart from me, you who practice lawlessness(Practiced Sin, or commited the Unforgivable Sin.)."
:"We recieved Grace, does this mean that we still practice Sin? By NO means will we continue if the Flesh has been killed."
:"Without Faith it is impossible to please God."
:"Submit to your Husband's (Or people above you, and serve and help them as much as you can^^) and cover your Head, for it is disrespectful to leave it uncovered (not serve or help anyone.)
:"Those who hate their Brother (Brother means believers and unbelievers.) Are a Murderer."
:"Would the Father not give his Spirit, to those who ask for him?"
:"All liars will have their part in the Lake of Fire."
:" I will ask my Fathe4, and he will give you a helper, to be with you forever."
:Do not grieve the Holy Spirit, whom has been given to you until the Day of Redemption."
:"The fruits of the Spirit are: Love, Joy, Peace, Kindness, Faithfulness, Fear of God, Forgiveness, and Self-Control." ^^♡
I will warn you again, *REPENT, Turn to Jesus he is your only hope of ADDICTION, and HOPELESSNESS! He is welcoming you with open arms while you have the chance. Turn to him before its to late and he takes his church in the End Times where Jesus our lord AND ALMIGHTY JUDGE AND SAVIOUR ^^ Repent, love people, forgive them no matter what, help them, be with them, trust Jesus and his plan for your life, and you will be happy and saved in the Book of Life."
